Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft

I love Tomb Raider, especially the classic games, but a recent update has ruined this remaster for me. There are new skins that look ridiculous, and 50+ new bugs have been introduced including game breaking ones. I strongly recommend NOT to buy this game until these issues are resolved! Personally, I hope they undo Patch #5 and remove it from existence, roll back to Patch #4, and work on Patch #6 from that point on. And then do a proper job without AI.

UNRELEASE THE UPDATE AISPYR!

Ho amato questa remastered e l'ho pure comprata sia su Steam che su GOG per supportarla, ma con l'ultima patch sono stati aggiunti outfit fatti con l'AI e un sacco di bug. Cambierò la mia recensione quando Aspyr assumerà di nuovo Saber Interactive e farà sistemare il tutto con una nuova patch

Meh. The remaster feels lazy, textures are obviously AI generated, model improvements appear visually boring. Gameplay is also shockingly bad - I understand the original game is three decades old at this point, but the controls are fighting tooth and nail to prevent you from enjoying the game. Both tank controls and "modern" controls have serious issues. You either get okay combat, or you're able to long jump, but not both. Jumping is a massive part of the game and the length you jump isn't consistent for long jumps. Saving before every single jump feels intended given you can save at any time and failing most jumps either loses you five minutes or kills you. A lot of achievements don't trigger. And this game already has a LOT of achievements. Getting 100% achievements legitimately may be impossible. I suspect with enough mods this game might be acceptable. I never played the original so I don't have any nostalgia to hold my hand and make the game more enjoyable.

I wanted to like this remastered, but playing with a controller wasn't what I expected. Moving the joystick is like pressing the keyboard in the original version. I'm disappointed that this was not a remaster of Tomb Raider, but a reskinned Tomb Raider with camera control. I really wanted to play this on my Deck, but I'll have to pass on this remastered. IMO, if you have the original version of Tomb Raider, there's no point of getting the remastered version.

Lo bien remasterizado que están los 3 juegos es increíble. Si bien los controles se sienten lentos y es difícil acostumbrarse, para un verdadero fan estos juegos son una verdadera joya, y valen cada centavo, ya que en oferta salen muy baratos.

The latest "update" introduced a whole slew of new glitches and gamebreaking bugs, rendering the games practically broken. While in the previous state this collection was quite a good one, the latest update (made not by the original team but an incompetent cheap new team) wrecked the games. Both Aspyr and Crystal Dynamics failed to even just as little as respond to the glaring issues. At this point in time I HIGHLY advise you to NOT buy this collection.
