Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.33/day in the week to Aug 5 → 10.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Good game! My only complaint is the lack of a skip button when you're going through multiple runs to get all of the endings. I liked the fact that you had to actually look around for some of the stuff and you can definitely miss some things if you don't look around enough. Very well put together with minimal issues - you can tell the team put a lot of love into the game. My only complaints: It's short enough that you can finish within a few hours, so I do recommend waiting until the game goes on sale. I will also say that there's not AS much influence on the choices you make within the game as you would think. At the core of the game you really only have two choices and being picky-choosey about what you do decide to do has no real main effect on the ending you get. It's like once you cross a certain line, that's it you're dedicated to that line if it makes sense. But.... these are minor gripes. ;)
I waited for a long time to play this game, since I had fun playing the demo a few years ago (but I was waiting for a bigger sale and got to buy "Sophie's Adventures", which was even better) and I finished 100% it today! In my personal opinion, this game was really well made and very interesting, instead of you being a detective of some kind, you're a maid snooping around your assigned rooms and discovering everything about the guests' lives. I know this game won't please everyone: if you're after difficult puzzles and don't want to read much (which I doubt, since you're probably after a mystery game), this is not for you. I had a lot of fun tidying up the rooms, discovering all the small details that could change the ending, you having
two different points of view if you picked Beth or Andrew
, it genuinely felt like a game made for me. I'll only complain that you couldn't skip some parts, at a 2nd or 3rd playthrough (to 100% it) and that even when you
try to not step in the pool of blood towards the ending
it counts like you did...? At least I didn't interact with anything else besides the
ice pick, which you had to use, right...?
Anyway, the sequel is less interesting and a bit too short, but I can't wait for more games from the devs!

CONs: - for a choices matter game a bit too linear for my taste, especially in the story procedure. Multiple endlings, however are possible and guaranteed to achieve. - It would be so nice if cutscenes would be skippable, especially for the purpose of repeating several runs PROs: - Very good game, lovely made - Nice details - Likeable main character and side characters - Very good story. Film-noir like. All in all clear recommendation and thumbs up.
PO...
