About
In a world where mysterious plants are spreading all over the earth, emitting toxic spores as they grow, a small group of survivors seeks shelter on the back of a giant, wandering creature they call 'Onbu'.
Become their leader, build their settlement and form a symbiotic relationship with Onbu to survive together in this hostile, yet beautiful post-apocalyptic world.
A functioning village is the basis of your survival. Build your settlement and expand it over Onbu’s back. Plan production chains and optimise them to utilise the limited space as efficiently as possible. Create a society that can overcome any challenge.
Living on the back of another organism comes with its own set of challenges. Will you live in symbiosis, bond with Onbu and survive on mutual trust? Or will you become a parasite, only aiming to ensure a better life for your villagers? The choice is yours.
Continuously adapt your village as you travel through a multitude of different biomes, each with its unique climate zones, opportunities and threats. Scout your environments and send out foraging missions to gather rare resources and ancient artefacts.
Remnants of the old world hold knowledge that has long been forgotten, but can be unearthed by your villagers. Find and research these technologies, but use them wisely, as progress can be a double-edged sword.
Ensure the survival of both your villagers and your Onbu, even though poisonous spores, merciless weather, bloodsucking parasites and many more challenges mean that the odds are often stacked against you.

A great limited-resource village builder, with a pretty good story to go with it. Best if you are waiting on something and want to pass the time.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Gem of a game, buy it, you won`t regret it!!!
I had to binge this. Great story idea and execution, no bugs during playthrough. Could use some more explaining, but I was able to find the deeper stuff on the wiki or community pages.
First thing about this game: it's beautiful from the titlescreen onwards and never stops being beautiful and charming. There's a real self-aware charm to the whole game, the way it guides you into making choices you might not immediately want to make, and so on. I really enjoy the stakes of the game and how casually they are introduced: it's a working assumption for all these characters that life is ending, and here is their only option. The stakes of the apocalypse feel very real, and while I haven't finished the full story after about 15 hours, I'm close to finishing it and am excited to see how this one ends. I can feel myself wanting to start a sandbox or another run to experience the game with some more expertise!
Kinda cozy. a bit wholesome. Nausicaa vibes. post -apocalyptic, but hopeful.
Fairly relaxed city builder / survival game. Easy enough to beat on standard difficulty in one run, in around 20 hours. Has all the basics you'd expect in a game of this genre, plus a bit of added fun around managing your giant friend. In terms of replayability you can start new runs with modifiers to increase the difficulty. Not my cup of tea, one run was enough to see everything and felt like good value for money.
