The Walking Dead: Season Two

Mixed feelings: We shouldn't play as Clemintine, we should see from an outside perspective on how she behaves as Lee told her to, playing as clem takes away from that satisfaction. Also, the writing is overly-bleak, characters are near-always incompetent except from a select few who get killed quickly, it's so recurring it takes me out of the experience, I see a competent person and think 'he'/she's going to die'. Everything that could go bad, tends to go bad in this series, even at the risk of feeling forced, of which it does. Kenny losing his mind is a bit of a stretch, season 1 he went through all of that and you'd expect him to have moved forward, but instead he's just bottled it up and focusses on his new girl now, which makes me think lesser of him. Clemintine has to take care of the grown ups, not the other way around in this game, that goes throughout the game, and they even take orders from her. How does this make sense? I feel like I'm playing Lee from season 1, but I'm playing as an 11 year old girl - there's no way in real life she'd be so competent in persuasion, fighting and hiding etc. And Lee's legacy doesn't shine through the episodes much, they do a little, but it's more of a 'oh yeah, Lee was a good man, he protected me' and that's it. I expected more talk between Kenny and Clem, quite disappointing, and the Lady from season 1, Christa, I expected her to make a reappearance - unfortunately not.
