About
A hero with a flaw
Wiktor Szulski is a thaumaturge, a master of mystical arts, who can peer into the hearts and minds of others, uncovering their deepest emotions, desires, and secrets. However, his powers also feed into his flaw of pride, which can present him with various opportunities or lead to negative consequences.

Untold mysteries waiting to be revealed
No secret or intrigue is safe when the thaumaturge is around. Your unique abilities will give you a great edge in solving detective investigations, becoming a savvy socialite or even dealing with the criminal underground. Explore the world using Wiktor’s perception, seeking personal secrets hidden in objects, that provide different perspectives on events that may seem obvious at first glance.
Taming mythical creatures
As a thaumaturge, you draw your power from the ability to summon salutors – mystical, folklore-inspired demons that inhabit the ethereal realm. Use their powers to manipulate your foes, sway the minds of allies, and fight opponents in turn-based tactical combat.

Unique turn-based combat
Engage in deep, tactical combat against various opponents – some physical, others more elusive. Wiktor's thaumaturgical abilities let you bend the rules of reality, summoning demons to unleash powerful attacks or gain strategic advantages.
A rich gallery of characters
The early 20th-century Warsaw is a multicultural metropolis with inhabitants from all walks of life. Among them, you’ll meet historical figures like the monk Rasputin or Tsar Nicholas II. The story also introduces you to a gallery of characters connected to Wiktor’s troubled past such as his well-versed sister Ligia or Abaurcy, a childhood friend who turned to a life of crime.

Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Cozy, very. Made me realize how much I want to appreciate my sister. This game definitely made me realize the importance of family and how too similar I am to my own father. Though I don't have the bitterness level of Wiktor, I can understand the resentment.
Verstehe ehrlich nicht, wieso das Spiel nicht total gehyped wird und überall davon gesprochen wird. Bestes Game seit langem.

Enjoyed the game overall but it's flawed. The world the devs created is great, very nice maps, crafted with great care and attention to details. I liked the story and how thaumaturgy is part of this reality and the way it manifests itself in it, all the references to old lore and legends. It’s pretty cool the way the story is interwoven with actual history and these legends. The gameplay for the fights isn't revolutionary but it’s a classic and solid turn-based system that works well and that gives you the ability to craft various builds. Not super developed but alright. However the exploration gameplay is a bit limited: you click and you follow. That's not exactly great. It's alright for the main quests because the story draws you in but it becomes an issue for the secondary "quests" - they aren’t worthy of the name - where you just gather random clues on the maps which then lead you to specific locations where there will be interaction points - either a point of view or a drawing and a small text that you unlock. It’s nice that they wanted to show Warsaw, that they’re talking about what was going on back then, the technological breakthrough, the culture, etc… But instead of being lore on the side it’s actually mandatory since you actually need the XP these “quests” give you. And so, you waste an insane amount of time running around the maps right-clicking like a maniac to blindly and brainlessly follow your perception that will lead you to these clues and the interaction points. It’s really boring to do, it takes you out of the story, completely breaks the immersion which for a story-led game is quite problematic I’d say. What’s even more annoying is that they don’t all appear at once so you’ll have to go back again to map you’ve “cleaned” before to do it all over again. There are a few secondary quests which are properly written, have their own storyline and are great but most are these brainless lore hunting “quests” and it’s a shame. That’s literally what’s making me not want to replay the game a second time, which is a bit of a shame considering the various choices and options you have throughout the story. Too bad. I still recommend the game, I had a good time and enjoyed the story and the fights but I don’t feel like spending hours running again through the maps for point of views and drawings, no matter how pretty they are.
Probably one of the best short RPG's I've played in recent years. Fun premise, engaging story, and a great cast of characters make this game really worth both the price tag and the time I put into it. Game could be better in a few areas though: - Outside of a few fights (and even on the hardest difficulty), there's not much to really differentiate combats from each other, and most are very, very easy and kind of a slog. Debuffs, enemy defenses, etc, outside of fights to capture salutors and the final boss battle you will be able to easily swat most of these away with Upyr alone and wade through whatever defenses they have with Bukavac and suffering or Morana and focus-breaking + slowing enemies. There should at least be an option to speed up combat animations, and I hope that future iterations in DLC or possible other games in the same universe have more diverse combats. - The traces->conclusion mechanic for learning secrets to unlock dialogues and manipulate people is okay, but it could be more engaging. Often Wiktor simply figures out who the traces belong to *somehow* along the way, without explanation. The game that's done this kind of investigation mechanic best is Alan Wake 2 with the whole mind palace thing and having to piece clues together bit by bit, but even something minor where you need an active step or two to put the clues together would make the system more rewarding in this case. As it is right now, unless the game wants you to come to the wrong conclusion about something, you cannot come to the wrong conclusion. - The flaws system seems somewhat underdeveloped. While you can feed your original flaw and that has very strong impacts on dialog and quest outcomes (including locking the player out of certain endings if they feed it too much or too little), the other flaws you take on in order to capture salutors (or to just heal people sometimes) do not seem to have as much effect on Wiktor. It would be interesting to see if these opened new dialog options sometimes or created new ways to complete quests. All in all though, I really enjoyed this game, hope to see more of it if Fool's Theory does a DLC.
