im sorry this is trash and it performs like doo doo on a damn 9070 xt

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This is one of the games where I'd really like a mixed feelings instead of recommended/not recommended, because this game has fun combat and at its core is a good game. What isn't good however is how chunky the hordes of enemies become in the late game, the convoluted level design, lack of fast travel and basically no good bosses, maybe except one of the DLC fights and the final boss. I just can't bring myself to recommending this game when it has so many flaws. That being said, if you enjoy soulslikes try it. Maybe you'll enjoy it more than me
If you like the Souls genre then you will like this.
Amazing game, 9/10 Souls-like with cut-off limb mechanic which allows you to get new weapons and armor sets. Several regions to explore, nice RPG elememts throgh the upgrade system, you get quite powerful. Story creepy and cool, graphics still nice. Can it be frustrating... yes, as you lose all your credits when you die, and if you dont manage to get to the spot within a few minutes, they are lost... this can be a problem if you dont know where you are, or fell down a shaft... also, the bosses work different than the rest of the game, and boss1 is therefore a point where I almost quit. Glad I continued and in the end I liked it so much that I bought an completed the story DLC and bought the 2nd game! Underrated game!
Not for me, got anoyed by one shot moves and tanky enemies, cool executions tho
TL;DR:
100% completion (all achievements, including DLCs). I finished the game twice (NG and NG+) and ended up with around 48 hours of playtime. Overall, it’s a very fun and unique souls-like with a distinctive sci-fi setting. I’m definitely looking forward to playing the sequel... in my backlog.
Detailed Review
One of the game’s strongest aspects is its level design. The maps are highly interconnected, with numerous shortcuts looping back to the Operations rooms (the game’s equivalent of bonfires). Each area generally revolves around a central hub, which makes exploration feel structured and rewarding. At times, the environments can feel like a maze, especially since many maintenance corridors look quite similar, but this also adds to the atmosphere and immersion. Exploration is a major part of the experience. Unlocking implants, experimenting with builds, and trying out different weapons and gear sets was very enjoyable, particularly during my first playthrough. I really liked the mechanic where you must target and sever specific enemy limbs to obtain crafting materials and blueprints. In NG+, I mostly settled on one of the DLC gear sets. None of them felt overpowered, but collecting and upgrading equipment remained satisfying throughout. As someone with average experience in souls-like games, I didn’t find this title especially difficult. I was rarely stuck on encounters for long, usually no more than an hour on any boss. Some gadgets, such as the knock-down drone, felt quite overpowered and could make certain fights significantly easier. The progression system is another highlight. Character growth focuses less on traditional leveling and more on acquiring and upgrading gear and implants, which fits the game’s setting very well. NG+, however, felt somewhat underwhelming overall. While there are a few extra new human enemies, with random high-level gear, the experience doesn’t change drastically and mostly becomes another cycle of upgrading gear to higher tiers. You can continue into multiple NG+ runs, but I mainly completed it once to obtain the alternate ending and achieve full completion. Regarding the DLC, "A Walk in the Park" is absolutely a must-buy. It expands the story and introduces a very well-designed new area that integrates seamlessly into the main game, making exploration feel fresh and meaningful. "The Good, the Bad and the Augmented" DLC, on the other hand, was less enjoyable in my opinion. It plays more like an additional challenge mode, loosely tied into the story. While it may be necessary for 100% achievement completion, I didn’t find the gameplay/levels as engaging as the rest of the game. The various gear DLCs are also worthwhile. I didn’t even realize I was encountering DLC equipment during my first playthrough, which shows how well they are integrated into the game’s exploration. Unlike some games that hand you overpowered DLC gear early on, this title introduces it naturally and keeps it balanced. The gear is useful and fun to collect without breaking the difficulty. Overall, this is a must-play for souls-like fans, mainly because of its unique setting, interconnected level design, and distinctive progression system. It may not be the hardest entry in the genre, but it offers a memorable and rewarding experience, even if it's just for one-palythrough.
