Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 26 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Since its launch, Project Cloud Games have been working round the clock to improve the game, with the current focus fully on fixing technical issues and performance. We have already released 17 patches, but we are not stopping there. The next patch is being worked on. You have our time, dedication, determination, and word that we will continue to do everything in our power to be worthy of your support.
Created by a small and passionate core team of a dozen people, Project Cloud Games has created a fresh new take on combat, with a heavy emphasis on balancing action and vulnerability, their unique, dark, and gritty spin on classic Korean stories has been in the making for six years.
Transformed into an apocalyptic wasteland by the destruction of the great relic, the once-prosperous realm of Arsilthus lies in ruins. Set in a dark and haunting atmosphere enriched by the tapestry of Korean folklore and ancient mythology,
it falls upon you to mend this shattered land and honour the memories of those who came before you.
The Relic approaches combat differently - delivering freedom in attack, intensity in survival. Unleash an unstoppable onslaught with attacks that cost zero resources, allowing you to strike continuously with relentless creativity and consistency. Your stamina gauge is reserved strictly for high-stakes defence like dodging and blocking, while high-power magic operates on cooldowns and a dedicated meter. Attack without limits, defend with absolute precision.
Traverse a vast, interconnected realm filled with forgotten ruins, hidden dungeons, and atmospheric landscapes. The world of Arsilthus rewards curious Guardians who venture off the beaten path with ancient artifacts, secret encounters, and pieces of lost lore buried deep within its ruined regions.
Step into battle against up to 80 mythic encounters - each a dark, standalone folktale brought to life, bound to a tragic lore that can only be laid to rest through ultimate victory. Adapt or perish: no two legends fight alike, and a strategy that slays one nightmare offers no guarantee of surviving the next.
Command five distinct weapon masteries: Sword & Shield, Battle Staff, Daggers, Two-Handed Weapons, or the Longsword. Without a single duplicate weapon to be found - every single item is a bespoke, one-of-a-kind creation with its own tragic history. Discovering a new blade means uncovering a piece of the world's past, transforming your arsenal into a personal collection of living legends.
Forge a deeper bond with your chosen armoury through specialised skill trees powered by relic energy. Channel forgotten power into game-changing passives alongside awe-striking, visually spectacular ultimate abilities.
Forget traditional levelling - your power is forged entirely through the gear and Relics you discover. Collecting and equipping relics is as much about augmenting your character as it is about uncovering the world's past. With over 70 unique passive effects scattered that alter combat tempo and skill, the relic system encourages you to experiment endlessly. Freely swap game-changing passives, manipulate attack tempos, and tailor your build on the fly - giving you complete freedom to adapt.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

The Relic: First Guardian I’ve been quietly enjoying this one more than a lot of the current conversation around it would suggest. The Relic: First Guardian is a dark action RPG built by a small team, drawing heavily from Korean folklore. You play as the First Guardian tasked with piecing together a shattered land after the Great Relic is destroyed. The setting feels melancholic and heavy in a way that suits the genre well — ruined villages, tragic stories scattered through the world, and bosses that each carry their own little piece of folklore. What stands out most for me is the combat. It’s fast and aggressive once it clicks, with a satisfying weight to the weapons and a build system based around Relics rather than traditional levels. Collecting and mixing those passive effects gives a real sense of creating your own playstyle. Some of the boss fights are genuinely strong — tense, readable once you learn them, and tied to short but effective stories. The atmosphere carries a lot of the experience too. Even when the visuals are rough, the mood of the world still lands. That said, it’s impossible to ignore the technical issues. Performance can be inconsistent, the camera occasionally fights you, and the game still feels unfinished in places. These are the kinds of problems you expect from a small indie team stretching themselves thin, but they do get in the way more than they should at this price. I’ve seen a lot of very harsh reactions online, and I understand the frustration. The game launched in a rough state. At the same time, some of the criticism feels disproportionate. This is clearly an ambitious project made with limited resources, and the core ideas — the combat feel, the boss design, the folklore-driven storytelling — show real passion. It has that same ambitious spirit as early FromSoftware games or other indie soulslikes that started rough and improved over time. Give this team the budget and polish of a larger studio and I genuinely believe it could sit comfortably alongside the bigger names in the genre, maybe even push past some of them in certain areas. Right now it’s a flawed but interesting experience. If you can look past the technical rough edges and enjoy the combat and atmosphere, there’s something worthwhile here. I’m hoping the team continues supporting it, because the foundation is better than a lot of the current discourse admits. Pros Combat feels fast and responsive once you get used to it Interesting Relic-based build system with good variety Several memorable and well-designed boss encounters Strong atmosphere and Korean folklore setting Clear ambition and passion from a small indie team Cons Noticeable technical issues and performance problems Camera can be awkward in certain fights World still feels unfinished in places Weird Mesh Bugs Unrendered Locations Etc Visuals and presentation are rough compared to bigger titles This Girly Enjoyed it And Recommends it – 7/10

This game is WAY better than what most of the reviews are currently stating. I'd say it's a solid 6.5 or 7. Unfortunately, it seems like the game was released too soon, but for the amount of content in this game it's absoulutely worth it. Really an underrated game. Hopefully, these devs get more time and budget for whatever they do in the future.
this game is IMMACULATE, it feels kind of like stalker in a way you're a bit unguided. it's open world because the area is large but has a linear path so you are not directionless. this game really makes you feel like a ranger, you show up and you go from destroyed village to destroyed village learning about what caused their destruction through notes and memory glimpses, perhaps finding a boss to fight as well. progression is very unique as in there is no exp, you have locked relic slots and weapon skills that you need to explore for the materials to unlock and enhance your gear. and the stories in this game are fantastic! the regretful son who carved out his heart in place of his jewels, why try and make me cry game? my favorite boss so far is the knight of the last light, made me want to lose to him to keep the last light going, You my friend are a chad. combat is very satisfying as well, although i have a gripe about how some bosses endlessly attack. the magic attack that replaces the heavy attack could use some touching up too, maybe make it able to be modified with new effects and animations? solid game worth the 34$ the gear in the game looks amazing too. i really enjoy the art design for the armor and weapons, how weapon names are represented through the quest they are tied too, "the denial that never reached" is a pair of daggers for example. this game has ALOT of unique mechanics and original thought put into it. I'm really excited for a 2nd game.
Honestl, the game is on average good, there are many neighbors things, like the most impotrant of which is that there no riposte in this game , this make the game more difficult , but in the end i recommend it 👍👍😘
