About
The Outer Worlds 2 is the eagerly-awaited sequel to the award-winning first-person sci-fi RPG from Obsidian Entertainment (just look at the exciting number of dashes in this sentence!). Time to clear your calendar – get ready for an action-packed adventure with a new crew, new weapons, and new enemies in a new colony! So much newness!
As a daring and most likely good-looking Earth Directorate agent, you must uncover the source of devastating rifts threatening to destroy all of humanity. Your investigation leads to Arcadia, home of skip drive technology, where the fate of the colony, and ultimately the entire galaxy, rests on your decisions—your strengths, your flaws, your crew, and the factions you choose to trust.
The Arcadia colony is engulfed in a factional war, as the Protectorate’s so-called benevolent rule is challenged by the rebellion of their religious order and a corporate invasion. As destructive rifts spread across the colony, each faction fights to control or close them for their own ends. Navigate diverse zones, uncover hidden lore, and shape the fate of a system on the brink!
Build your character with the abilities and choices that reflect your playstyle. The colony reacts to your every move, crafting a narrative that’s yours to own—whether you’re a disciple of diplomacy, an astute strategist, a crusader for chaos, or something different altogether. And yes, you can dumb!
Recruit companions with unique traits, backgrounds and goals. Whether you choose to help them achieve their ambitions or steer them toward your own objectives, your influence shapes their growth (or death), making them an integral part of the immersive story you create together.

It's easily better than the first game, so if you liked the first one, you'll like this one. I don't think it's bad, I just don't think it's my style of game. I realized as I was playing this I like more serious, harder hitting, darker stuff. So I think you might have fun playing it. But... it just wasn't for me.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 26: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

as it stand no i cant recommend this game if you can get it on sale maybe but it was vary short i beat it in an afternoon and even going back to do all the side quests i only got another 2 days before i completed all of them. the game also had vary unstable FPS at times and many moment were the AI just broke ill come back to the game and try it later after some updates/DLC and change my review acordingly
半成品就拿出来卖了,三大势力只做了两个
Average gameplay, poor writing and story, all biomes look the same. Its not an upgrade to the first one at all.
There were just too many ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and too low interest generated to keep me engaged. So I've given up on it. Go play Crimson Desert, Elden Ring, or Baldur's Gate 3 instead - all are much, much better games.
The first game's story and theme was pretty fun and silly with cool gameplay and environments, so I was excited to see where this game went. While I like the gameplay, weapon variety, worlds, skill tree, random advantage/disadvantage things, the game is just pretty boring. It doesn't take more than a few hours to get too overpowered for the game even on hard. They really hype up the last section of the game to be a challenge, but I think I spent thirty minutes total on the last level, with one boss that took maybe 90 seconds to kill.... Beyond the gameplay, the writers are so obviously anti Christian, anti American/Western civilization, anti men....so much so that the characters, organizations, things people say just don't make any sense. The writing went far beyond beyond a charming satire of capitalism and greed that it just sound pretentious; I would not want to be around ANY of the characters (or the writers) in real life. My favorite side kick character was the robot because she was the only likeable one. Also, why do the side characters need to be talking every second of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game? When will this trend die?
Unfortunately boring. The art team outpaced the game designers and the optimization team on this one by far.
well i finished this game and should have listened to previous reviews... i rate this as a poor no/ humor and dulled down version of outer worlds it played fine over all but id hope they had MASTERED that as its the same basic game as outer worlds with no humor and no replay to be considered
