Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5/day in the week to Jul 30 → 4.29/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; Epic publishes no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Matched by title — a reused name can pair the wrong games. * is a critic aggregate. Prices and positions are each store's United States storefront; Epic charts worldwide. Audience and Score too, except Steam's, which is worldwide.

Reviews
this and Oblivion are the prime of TES genre, Morrowind is hard to get into compared to Skyrim or Oblivion but the gameplay is genuinely so enjoyable and Vvardenfell (the island that the game takes place in) has the most unique wildlife from any fantasy RPG I've played
This game has no equal. An absolute classic.
best role playing game ever made bar none. this was total immersion before the hand holding and spoon feeding that plagues modern rpgs

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

legit the pinnacle of CRPGs idgaf what anyone says skyrim is really good too but Bethesda peaked 24 years ago
Dagoth Ur was correct in every single way and vindicated by both TES IV: Oblivion and TES V: Skyrim as well as in THIS VERY GAME.
*Hits skooma pipe* The Tribunal's power being subject to nothing more than "Might makes right" in their treacherous dealings means they themselves have no legitimate right to their power, even less so given that despite their administrative position as "Living Gods," VEHK and SEHT took little interest in anything other than personal cultivation, revealed by the former's vocal exasperation and the latter's seclusion, leaving AYEM and Great House councilors to rule. Dagoth Ur was the only one willing to fulfill the social contract and act to the benefit of his people. Dagoth Ur expressed no desire to convert all of the population to sleepers, and those that were showed no signs of discomfort if they were chosen by Dagoth Ur, and instead gained immense knowledge and power which offered them a fulfilling life due to their direct contact with divinity. I have no sympathy for outlanders who were afflicted by Corprus and found themselves unable to receive its true power. *swigs flin* Futhermore, much like any real-life nation-state, the Empire was revealed as an ineffectual protective force which only sought to use the Dunmeri people as a tax base. Oblivion reveals to us the impotence of the Empire to stop would-be assassins from eliminating their ranks and an inability to mount a counteroffensive to the Oblivion crisis, with Skyrim and later novelization revealing the Red Year (A horrible writing choice, by the way) and the Empire all but abandoning them during relief efforts and invasion by Black Marsh. *huffs moon sugar*
Dagoth Ur could have stopped all of this.
Being a living God, he could have given TRUE structure to the dunmer people, repelled Mehrunes Dagon, and SINGLEHANDEDLY kept Baar Dau afloat and kept Morrowind as a homeland for its people, all of these are revealed as partof his plan. Driving out the tribunal, and the empire, and establishing a divine connection for his People would have been far better than the fate Morrowind and more broadly Tamriel were faced with during the events of TES:IV and TES:V. Afflicting the land with Divine Knowledge would cause suffering, sure, but it would induce immortality itself in the faithful and offer them a divine connection theorized by Taoist scholars and postulated as the goal of all life by Laotzi in our own world. Dagoth Ur. My muse. My hero. My love. Head of the only Great House which loved and cherished its people not as subjects but as adored sons and daughters. The heroes of the Sixth House shall remain unmourned, but not by I. I shall weep for your sacrifice forever. I shall weep for your ideals. I shall weep for your dream of a world connected to heaven. Of Man liberated from their inability to lead themselves. I shall forever weep for you, my most beloved Dagoth Ur...
Not much to look at and prone to bugs, just like most vintage games. You won't get to watch the scenery much anyway, because everything that breathes decided to beef with you. Console commands make up for the latter. The skills (especially weapon type) you pick for your class actually matter. A very rich selection of weapons, armor and spells. The absence of fast travel and quest markers was a bit annoying at first, but in the end I'm glad it forced me to use my head for once and enjoy the best soundtrack of all TES games while I was at it!
One of the best games of all time. Perfect weird fantasy.
