Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5/day in the week to Jul 30 → 4.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This was one of the first elder scroll games i played as a kid on the Xbox original and i love it still as an adult. It has become one of my favorites along side Oblivion, for anyone who wants to play something other than Skyrim that"s still elder scrolls i recommend Morrowind. The controls may be difficult at first, but once you get use it its easy.
caius cosades gently caressed my thighs and i immediately shot hot cream
this game made me CHIM. Dagoth Ur was right, let's reactivate the Numidium and clense Morrowind from N'wahs
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind: The Absolute Love of My Life
Morrowind is, without a single doubt, the love of my life when it comes to RPGs. It was my very first step into the genre, and even though I have honestly never properly finished the main quest, it remains absolute perfection in my eyes. Wandering through Vvardenfell is my ultimate form of relaxation—a deeply immersive, beautifully eerie, and utterly magical universe that no modern game has ever managed to replace.
✨ Godlike Spellcrafting and Ultimate Freedom
What makes Morrowind an unmatched masterpiece is its uncompromising dedication to player freedom. The spellcrafting system alone is legendary: creating your own custom spells, levitating over giant mushroom towers, or boosting your speed to ludicrous levels feels endlessly satisfying. The game treats you like an adult, handing you a vast, mysterious alien continent without quest markers or hand-holding. You actually have to read journals, ask locals for directions, and navigate by landmarks. It is slow, methodical, and deeply comforting.
🌋 Eerie Atmosphere and the Terror of Cliff Racers
Vvardenfell’s aesthetic is unforgettable. It strikes a brilliant balance between mesmerizing beauty and a subtly terrifying, eerie atmosphere—from the ash storms sweeping through the Red Mountain region to the strange, ancient ruins scattered across the landscape. And then, of course, there is the soundtrack of the wilderness: the screech of a Cliff Racer. Those flying nuisances are universally hated, endlessly annoying, and yet I wouldn't trade them for the world—they are an essential part of the authentic, brutal Vvardenfell experience.
❄️ Solstheim: The Greatest Expansion Ever Made
While the base game is already an incredible journey, Bloodmoon’s Solstheim stands as the absolute gold standard for DLC expansions. Stepping away from the ash deserts into a frozen, Nordic wilderness filled with dense forests, snowstorms, ancient secrets, and terrifying Werewolves was mind-blowing. The atmosphere on Solstheim is unmatched, offering a rugged, atmospheric adventure that perfectly complements the alien world of Vvardenfell.
⚠️ Drawbacks
To look at Morrowind objectively, you have to acknowledge why so many modern players bounced off it. The dice-roll combat system—where your sword can visually clip right through an enemy's face and still "miss" because your skill level or stamina is low—is notoriously frustrating for newcomers. The movement speed at level one is painfully slow, and the text-heavy journal system can feel overwhelming if you are used to modern UI conveniences. But for those who press past these barriers, an absolute masterpiece awaits.
🏆 Conclusion
Morrowind is more than just a video game to me; it is a sacred comfort zone and the ultimate nostalgic sanctuary. It proves that a game doesn't need to be finished to be loved, nor does it need modern hand-holding to create an unforgettable world. For the spellcrafting, the hauntingly beautiful soundtrack, the chilly magic of Solstheim, and yes, even the infuriating Cliff Racers—this will forever remain the absolute king of RPGs. Pure perfection.
Rating: 10/10
A worthy entry into the Walking Simulator genre.
