Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Same day: best DE #51, worst PL #97 · 2 markets collected
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.71/day in the week to Sep 5 → 3.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The optimization is complete poo, which is a shame, as this is a pretty good bus simulation. Bus Bound clears it however, even though it is more arcade. It has better performance, and personally, I see myself having more fun with that than The Bus.

After years of development, the performance is just bad. The game might be good, but yeah… it’s simply not playable.
Worst optimization. Runs poorly and is totally random. Lighting is horrible, looks like a prototype uni project or something. Regarless of what fps it shows, the game just stutters as hell. One time you get a decent gameplay, the next day it stutters like crazy. No matter what settings you have, low, medium, high, with/without dlss, fg. Some buses don't move once you stop at a red signal. Have to keep fiddling with drive/neutral/reverse to some how get it to move. And yet, without fixing that, they release a new dlc bus. And the discord support channel is just people who glaze over the game, like a fan group or something. Any question regarding performance is totally ignored. They know what they are doing.

Just to tell you how good this game is, barely 20% of players have gotten the "Turn the bus on" achievement, meaning 80% of them never actually made it that far. Also, crashes.
Vorfahrt?
I watched many videos of this game and felt it had somewhat realistic features, so I bought it and tried it on my system. First, there was constant stuttering and a ridiculous game engine that made even the world's most powerful PC struggle—even though my rig can handle any game at 4K on ultra settings; with this game, however, it felt like I was driving a car from the 1960s. Second, as someone with nearly a decade of experience in driving simulators, I felt the force feedback was designed for a standard controller, with the developers having no real understanding of how a steering wheel should feel. Third, the game's audio is cartoonish to the extreme—whether it’s the sounds of bus engines, people, or street traffic ai . I am absolutely shocked and regret buying it I should have listened to the many people recommending OMSI 2 or even The Bus bound instead.
