Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Same day: best DE #51, worst PL #97 · 2 markets collected
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.71/day in the week to Sep 5 → 3.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I deliberately waited two years for the full release, looking forward to the economy mode and especially for the possibility of creating detailed timetables. At the same time, I expected the developers to use this time to polish the game technically. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Despite having a powerful PC build, I can't even play the game on high settings (nor on Epic). The game lags constantly while driving, mouse steering is 1sec delayed, and the keybind configuration is completely bugged—it constantly resets or assigns entirely different keys than the ones I press. I spent 7 hours trying to tweak and fix all of this from the moment I launched the game. Even with AMD Adrenalin tuning, lowering visuals, and using various settings, nothing helped. I managed to finish just two departures, and it wasn't an enjoyable experience, it was pure frustration. On top of that, the overall graphics look poor, night lighting under streetlamps is completely overexposed, and the bus physics make it bounce on the road like a roller coaster, even in realistic mode (arcade mode is totally out of touch with reality). Maybe it’s a better experience on consoles or with a steering wheel setup, since almost all YouTubers showcase console gameplay and it looks better. I admit that many people play this game and probably don't experience these issues, but as for me, I gave up and uninstalled the game. For comparison, I also own City Transport Simulator 2026, where these issues are barely present. Setting everything up took me just an hour, grafic is nice and clean, and the game runs flawlessly even on high settings. The only downside is that the timetables and management there are very simplified, and the game is more arcade-like. But I must admit, they made huge progress from CTS2025 there. ______________ Addition: judging by the comments of my friends who play with Nvidia GPUs, or on PS5 and have a good gameplay, or conversely those who have also given up this game on AMD like me, plus numerous discussions on Steam, it seems that TML has simply given up on PC builds with AMD components (FSR, etc.).

👌Titulo dessa analise é: 13 minutos d puro sofrimento e angustia 👌 - Cara comprei pq falaram q lançou agora d forma oficial.
The optimization is complete poo, which is a shame, as this is a pretty good bus simulation. Bus Bound clears it however, even though it is more arcade. It has better performance, and personally, I see myself having more fun with that than The Bus.
As of Sept 3, 26 if your game keeps crashing, roll back to v1.1 and you should be fine. update causes game to crash.
After years of development, the performance is just bad. The game might be good, but yeah… it’s simply not playable.
