Fantastic board game turned into a so-so computer game. The interface is clumsy. Even the hardest AI opponents are way too easy, and online is unreliable and buggy. Timer keeps going even when it's not your turn - and when your time is out the game just chucks you back into the menu screen. What a wasted opportunity.

After 47 hours of playing I've switched to BGA. The bugs copmpletely ruin this game to the point of making it unplayable as a competetive format. You will lose a lot of games to bugs. I would recommend anyone who wants to play Terraforming Mars online go to Board Game Arena. Its free to play and works perfectly.

It was a great game, but each "patch" makes it buggier, and buggier, and buggier, and now unplayable.
So buggy it's unplayable. Even the tutorial was impossible to finish because of the bugs. A real shame.

why does online play not have the option to add AI? literally the most basic functionality in all other games... no reason to buy this game, just go and play for free on other platforms...
