[h1] ONLY FOR HARD-CORE TERMINATOR FANS [/h1] This being a budget game mainly for consoles with a bad PC port is more frustrating than fun majority of the time. Inability to save game when needed and relying on (many times) badly placed checkpoints or couple of fixed save points is extremely stupid dev decision. While I don't mind repeating part of a mission after making a mistake, losing all the loot I collected in the past 10-15 minutes and having to re-open and re-hack all the doors and turrets again is not fun. Sure, I can blame myself for playing on the hard difficulty, but Extreme is just pure time-waster as enemies become even more of a bullet-sponges and they kill you in one hit, and anything lower than hard turns the game into a walking simulator. Enemy AI is not the smartest and can be easily tricked, and most of the times just walks towards you in a straight line. And while the game gives you the option to stealth around or go guns blazing, it does not excel in either. On the plus side there is a campaign that doesn't try to be the next big thing and doesn't overstay its welcome. Being also canonically correct is another nice touch and shows the devs care about the franchise and know the lore. However, unless you are a huge fan of Terminator 1 and 2 (the real Terminator movies) and want to enjoy some nostalgia, this otherwise mediocre scavenging shooter is not worth it, as it does not provide enjoyable gunplay, and is filled with pointless crafting and upgrade system that for some reason now has to be in every shooter game these days. Ideally I would give this review something between the "up" and "down" rating, as it is not terribly bad game, but it is not good enough for a thumbs up either. And yes, Infiltrator mode is fun but only for a single playthrough.

Игра для фанатов "Терминатора" особенно, которые в 90-е его смотрели в гундосом переводе Володарского. Игра бюджетная, при этом передает множество пасхалок к оригинальной дилогии, и немного расширяет лор, особенно дополнение про Кайла Риза.

So hätte der Film Teminator 3 und die darauf folgenden Filme sein sollen , Top Game. Läuft sogar auf meinem 10 Jahre altem Pc , ich hatte 2 Crashes gehabt aber kein Problem das Game hat genug Speicher Punkte, ich bin so oder so 100 mal drauf gegangen weil ich es auf höchsten Schwierigkeitsgrad durch spielen wollte und es ist mir gelungen nach 8 Stunden. Skynet wurde Temriniert.
A solid fps but nothing truly special unless you're a Terminator fan. There's lots of references and nods to the first two films (and thankfully just those) and I appreciate this being unique in being a Terminator game that's telling an original story instead of just adapting one of the movies. Though I feel ultimately one thing kept this game from being truly extraordinary...and that's that you play as a human. Why? When I play a Spider-Man game I want to play as Spider-Man (despite what the brilliant minds at Insomniac seem to think) and the same applies here. It's a Terminator game and I think most would agree it'd be much more interesting to play as a Terminator. I know there's the infiltrator dlc but that's a dlc that lasts less than an hour and has no actual story beyond walk around a map and shoot people. I'm a human every single day of my life. I'm a robot killing machine none of them. Without that...I still think the best Terminator game we could potentially get is still beyond the horizon but this game is an absolute step in the right direction and it's an actual good Terminator game in a sea of bad ones so hey that's absolutely worth something.

Comprei o jogo porque já tinha jogado robocop que é um baita jogo, esse jogo eu achei extremamente repetitivo, com a questão da busca de recursos, é tipo um Last of Us de robôs da segunda divisão.
