There are seven squads, 50+ weapons, eight large maps that give players tactical freedom, and a 64 player game mode with full AI bot support so you can experience epic battles at any time! Everything has been recreated with the same attention to detail seen in Verdun, the first entry in the WW1 Game Series.
This historical game takes place across the lakes, forests, mountains and snowy plains of the Eastern Front - it was inspired by the Battle of Tannenberg in 1914, one of the most iconic encirclement battles in history. Players will be able to master a range of authentically modelled equipment brought to the field by Russian Frontovik and Cossack squads, the renowned Latvian Riflemen, or the Roumanian infantry squad. Alternatively they can join the Central Powers to serve in an Austro-Hungarian K.u.K. unit, with the German Infanterie, or in the Bulgarian rifle section.
Tannenberg offers several game modes - including the exciting Maneuver game mode reflecting the nature of war on the Eastern Front, as 64 players battle across large maps where the objectives and battle lines are always shifting. Survive the deadly battles by working together with your four man squad and utilizing your distinctive skills. There is a wealth of historical detail including realistic WW1 weaponry, authentic uniforms, horrendous gore, and maps based on real battlefields.

Tannenberg’s Maneuver game mode captures the essence of warfare on the Eastern Front, with 64 players, large open maps, and the freedom to choose which sectors you will attack and defend. Just make sure you don’t get outflanked and encircled before you can do the same to your enemies!
The WW1 Game Series currently includes Gallipoli, Isonzo, Tannenberg and Verdun. Engage in expeditionary warfare through the Middle Eastern Front in Gallipoli, scale the mountains of the Alpine Front in Isonzo, maneuver for control of key sectors in Tannenberg on the Eastern Front or dive into the trenches along the Western Front in Verdun. These authentic WW1 shooters let players choose from a range of squads from across the war, as they fight for control of the ever-changing frontlines.
We recreate the atmosphere of the Eastern Front with the same level of accuracy as seen in all our games. Extensive research has been conducted, with uniforms recreated to the tiniest detail and weapons modelled to exact references. The maps use realistic props and terrain layouts based on locations from the hilly forests of Galicia to Polish villages subjected to scorched earth tactics and more!

Купил игру не прочитав описание думал пройду сюжеткую. Захожу такой ага сюжетки нет. Думаю ну допустим зашел в катку бегу куда-то не понятно. Умер ну ок давай еще раз опять умер. Зашел в другую катку вроде выигрывали пару раз умер еле как убил одного чела и сново умирал. Классный симулятор смерти. Кому нравится умирать рекомендую.
Игра полная ГОЙДА! в отличие от Овер зе топа недавнего во первых можно за Россию сражаться что уже + оптимизация конфетка на моей картофелине тянет на максималках и без лагов. Врыватся за казака с шашкой наголо под дымы рубить врагов России отдельный вид кайфа. Из минусов могу отметить отсутствие автоматического оружия (Что для меня как любтеля позажимать гажетку не айс) ну и ладно без техники но Кавалерию могли бы добавить какие же казаки без коней ну а так то. Рекомендую Z V!

Unfortunately, this game is deader than any fans of Engelbert Humperdinck. Verdun gets at least a full server weekly. You're in luck if you find a server with 1 person in a year. Even if it was alive, it's not a very fun or interesting """"sequel""" to Verdun. It's more or less a glorified DLC with less content than the base game. Not worth it then, definitely not worth it 7 years later.
Очень классная игра. Обожаю моменты когда тебя убивает один и тот же человек ,а потом ты ему отомстил и бежишь с пацанами штурмовать какой нибудь окоп. Игру отлично дополняют пулемётные точки расположенные в каждой траншеи. Мне очень нравится эта игра и я очень рад, что купил её со скидкой на распродаже. Всем рекомендую!

Игра замечательная, НО НЕ ПОКУПАЙТЕ ЕЁ ИЗ РОССИИ ПОТОМУ ЧТО СЕРВЕРА БЛОКИРУЕТ РКН. Если посмотреть на steamdb, то там показывается, что есть онлайн в игре, но по факту не подключиться к европейскому серверу с людьми, и будет отображать 0 человек. Забавно то, что раньше Verdun работал нормально, а пару дней назад и он перестал подключаться к серверам. Поэтому это в целом рулетка, получится ли поиграть или нет.
Tannenberg - это база, это основа, это прям шикарный шутер для тренировки умения работать в команде, следить за обстановкой и метко стрелять без всяких снайперских прицелов. Игра погружает в события 1914-1918 годов на восточном фронте Первой Мировой. В игре есть много фракций : русские фронтовики, казаки, латышские стрелки, немецкая инфантерия, австрийские войска, румыны и болгары (вроде никого не забыл). Все они отличаются только самую малость - своими пистолетами, винтовками, гранатами, озвучкой и цветом униформы. Пулемёты в игре есть только станковые (стационарные), хотя в Verdun класс пулемётчик имел весьма убойный переносной пулемёт. Игровой процесс примерно всегда один и тот же : разбить силы врага в масштабном сражении на карте с несколькими точками для захвата. Захват каждой точки даёт команде бонусы. Матчи обычно длятся минут 15-20, но иногда могут затягиваться. Карты бывают холмистые и равнинные, ночные, утренние, туманные, заснеженные и летние. Считаю Tannenberg очень хорошим шутером для тех, кто в жанре стрелялок новичок, игра учит всем базовым правилам, даёт возможность не спешить, действовать продуманно, не выдавать своего местоположения врагу, занимать выгодные позиции. В общем и целом заслуживает 7 из 10.
