In Tactical Breach Wizards, you lead a team of renegade wizards in kevlar through turn-based battles to unravel a modern conspiracy plot. Combine their unique spells in clever ways, or rewind time to try every crazy plan you can think of to punch a Traffic Warlock through a 4th story window.

Reviews
I had a blast with Tactical Breach Wizards. The campaign was great, and it didn’t overstay its welcome. The tactical gameplay was sharp and engaging, and I found the learning curve to be gradual with no sudden spikes. Unlike some titles that drift into puzzle territory, this one stayed on the tactics side, which kept me hooked. What really surprised me, though, was the writing. I didn’t expect much of a plot, but the story turned out to be clever, funny, and genuinely enjoyable. Combined with the solid gameplay, it made the whole experience far more engaging than I anticipated. The low-poly art style took a little time to grow on me, and while I did notice occasional framerate drops on my older laptop—e.g., even on a menu screen with nothing but a character’s idle animations—it never detracted from the fun. Overall, I highly recommend the game to anyone who enjoys tactical strategy games with a bit of wit and charm.
Great game - fun and fair puzzles

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 21: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Looks like a tactics game but it's actually a puzzle game about setting up creative defenestrations. New abilities come in at just the right pace for the game to not outwear its welcome, and the brief story interludes are very funny and charmingly written. A great time.
Excellent tactics game, a bit similar to Into the Breach, but with a bit bigger focus on story, besides tactics. Runs very well, and the characters have fun powers. The game has an original premise, and would like to play a sequel. Recommended!
Pra quem gosta de jogos de tática, como XCOM e afins, excelente. Ele parece um pouco mais um puzzle do que um jogo de táticas comum, mas vale a pena.
A lovely game with some really fun mechanics that makes you feel like a tactical genius. The story is great love the world building and hilarious characters that kept me want to do just 1 more level just so i could see the dialogue before bed or work! High recommend!
Very good game and a perfect finale to the Defenestration Trilogy that I've played off-and-on for over a decade now. Man it feels weird to type that out. I've played each of the entries near-launch and each one was a different marker in my life. 'Gunpoint' for my college partying days, 'Heat Signature' for blowing off steam in the early days of my career, and now this one, for my 30-something married life. Lets allow for a brief moment to accept the inevitable horror that is the passage of time. Yes, so now that that's done with, the game! It's pretty dang good! It really blurs the lines between 'tactics' and 'puzzle' and I think it depends on how you play it. On the harder difficulties, achieving all of the challenges is more of a puzzle. On the lower difficulties, you're given more flexibility for how you approach the encounter. So choose accordingly! Normal is a fun middle ground of the two. Something I've realized throughout the trilogy is that, whether a deliberate choice or not, the developer really wants to help you feel clever throughout all the games. There's lots of subtle nudges here that make you go "Aha! I am so smart!" You'll chain together cool combos, wipe a floor in a single turn, and feel great. Then a new enemy will appear in the next level, and you'll have to reevaluate how your approach it again. It's a good cycle. The story is enjoyable. There's a lot of humorous dialogue and the writing made me care for 2.5 of the characters. The other ones were introduced later and not developed as satisfyingly, so they feel more one-note, even after they're given some solo screen time near the end. The main villain has a good, but flawed motivation, which is exactly what you want if you like to care about why your wizards are pulling off sick trick shots. Overall, if you like games that wrinkle your brain a bit and give you a satisfying story, get this one!
You won't believe rainbow people can make game this dope
This game is so gosh darn frick frackin' great!! It is scratching an itch I didn't even know existed. It definitely deserves an overwhelmingly positive rating on steam. Each level starts like a SWAT raid, you kick open the door, your duders have a turn, then the enemy has a turn, and so on. You can use the rewind time function as much as you want until you decide to end your turn: at which point your decisions for that turn will be locked in (unless you decide to restart the level). The Devs chose to NOT include hit % rates for attacks, which fits amazingly well into the design aesthetic of the game. Every attack that the environment allows to connect -> just connects; shrimple as! Allocating skill points feel meaningful and you can respect skillpoints whenever you want between levels. The gameplay allows you to approach situations in a ton of different ways. The rewind function makes learning the mechanics an absolute joy. The difficulty is customizable to give yourself just the right amount of challenge. The maps are interesting, the enemies are varied, and all the skills feel meaningful. Good stuff.
