Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Aug 17 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

good old classic back stabbing

It's a Styx game, but for me it was a little better than past games. It's a little easier to engage with the mechanics to solve the paths through the game. It satisfies the stealth itch. That said, it's almost 100% stealth. You can sometimes attack and kill enemies in combat, but it's rare and rarely effective. Graphics are pretty good. I have them on max and framerates are smooth with the occasional jank in areas with a bright point source light for some reason. But those are like combat. Rare and they are never in a place where there are guards and the like. I did have one guard bounce up in the air and then apparently decide to spend the rest of their life on top of that box, but I lead them into that with a clone so...trap successful?
Very repetitive. Go to the same locations again and again and again and again to collect the same thing. That's the entirety of the game. It doesn't have gameplay progression like you'd expect the third game in a series to have. The enemies don't really have any awareness or any complex behavior. Abilities don't really add much. Didn't even use most of them. They had room to do a lot more than they did with this game. Definitely not worth full price.
This is a game I have been looking forward to since finishing Shards of Darkness and it did not disappoint. This game is a straight upgrade so let's talk about it. In terms of story, it starts exactly where Shards of Darkness left us and continues from that point. This time around we follow Styx and his unlikely merry crew as they are in the mission to secure more quartz and all the plot that ensues. Nothing too crazy, and I still believe that the plot of Master of Shadows was much better, but it was nice to see references to Of Orcs and Men with the Bloodjaws, and all the colonization of orcs by humans which really threw me back in a good way. The cast is not too note worthy, and while you get side quests from your crew, each member is a bit bland maybe except for Helledryn who is my favourite since the previous game and got more personality than the rest. In terms of mechanics this is a direct upgrade. The same old stealth of older games but improved. You got more in depth platforming, and the story gives you a few gadgets as you progress, each gadget gives you more ways of traversal which unlock more and more paths to get to your destination beneath or above enemies' notice. The map design is the best aspect of this game, offering tons of verticality and many many different paths to get from point A to point B, and while in terms of area they are not as big as other maps in other games, they are still letting you get lost because there is so much in each map and the verticality adds a lot of extra layers you could explore. The game offers only four maps, out of which three are available as a sort of an "Open world" and one is only playable once for a specific level. The three main maps are acting like a bit of an open world where in different parts you have your quests and by merely changing the guard formations and patterns you can make the same area feel different every single time because the presence of guards in different position would require you to plan a new path and approach to your desired destination. The maps turly make this game into a 3D puzzle where you need to use your abilities and gadgets to chart your course and find the best way from point A to point B. Really, this is the best stealth series I have played in my opinion, I still think Master of Shadows has the best story, but Blades of Greed takes the cake for gameplay and kept the signature map design and stealth gameplay that made this series great. This is a 9/10 for me and only because the writing could be better and explore the characters more if they decided to form this party. If it were just Styx like in Master of Shadows, and if the story was better, it could be an 11/10
If you don't compare it to the previous two games, it's fine. If you do then it's insanely different and probably the Dark Souls 2 of Styx Games. Can be fun, but ultimately you're going to prefer perfecting your run in the other two.
Best stealth game ever
Bugged as hell, boring, not worth of its money
