Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

EA has garbage customer service and their terms of service team is a cancer to the gaming community as a whole. EA unjustly bans their players and fails to provide adequate justification. They steal customers money by unjustly banning players and behave in a holier than thou manner when determining their "justifications" for why they issue a ban and lack the appropriate responses to help a player appeal the ban due to unjust reasons. They close appeal cases to their own benefit and lack any pre-frontal cortex to make any rational justification or decision. EA is bar none the worst game company I have ever seen in all my years of gaming. I hope they lose their player base to their competitors and close their doors indefinitely.
I just prefer flying over lightsaber battles on a set path. I have more freedom to maneuver in this game than previous Star Wars games. I also get to fly on both sides

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 23: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

between the anti player bias in singleplayer, clunky flight model, not having enough buttons on a single controller for all the actions you need to perform on this game (seriously, AC7 and Project Wingman lack this problem entirely), and the game softlocking completely if you have said buttons unbound on controller even if you have them bound on keyboard, and the fact this is the one single game in my library that actually makes my computer make audible noises running it, i can say confidently that this game reeks.
In VR, it's really one of those "WOW" moments.
It reminds me of Tie FIghter 95, but it has vr
Zusammen gefasst was man hätte besser machen können: 1. Bewegung Freiheit im Schiff (Open World) 5.
If you've picked this up for under £4, then you should pretty happy.. however it is broken and won't ever be fixed. Lots of bugs, including an incredibly annoying requirement to sign into EA every single time it launches if you've got 2FA enabled on your account , despite telling it to remember you.. which you can't do if playing in VR. If you do get it running though, it's awesome to sit in a TIE or X-Wing and fly around massive Star Destroyers in VR!
Bought this game Nov '25. Unfortunately I didn't read enough of the reviews... Game worked great and was quite fun until reaching mission 9. Then game gets forever stuck on the loading screen as you start the mission. Looked online at several forums, posts etc to try and find a solution- which I never did. Apparently this has been a known bug since the game was released and was never fixed by the developers. It seems I am one of hundreds that have been affected and therefore can no longer advance in the game and complete. Glad I bought on sale for $4.99 instead of $50. Because I am only able to get slightly more than half way through the game like so many others, I would not recommend purchasing Star Wars Squadrons.
Purchased on sale a few weeks back. Went to play it for the first time today, and it will not launch. No amount of tutorials or adjustments to PC settings rectifies the issue. Despite this I was not able to get a refund through steam, as I had waited to long to "launch" the game. This issue appears to be wide spread, and the few "fixes" out there at the moment do not resolve the launching issues. I would very strongly recommend you avoid this game, unless you want to spend hours attempting to resolve launching issues.
