Schade.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

its like Stellaris but startrek so thats cool
First of all, it is as bad as Legend Of Pegasus? Well it is not, while this may not tell you much since Legend Of Pegasus was the ultimate scam game! This is actually the second time of me feeling ripped of while buying a game. Well... I almost forgot about Prison Architect since it also was a big DLC scam. I had to actually double check who the publisher for Legend of Pegasus was (Kalypso media) since it would have been strike three for Paradox, and I consider myself a Paradox fan, but oboy they are stretching my loyalty alot allowing these type of games and support. Secondly, this is a reskin of Stellaris with some minor modifications and quirks. This is a game that was abandoned in less than a year! They didn´t even bother to fix all the balance issues or bugs! At first glance this may seem as a fun Star Trek game, but playing it for some time and you will soon see how bad it really is. And since the game is abandoned it won´t get any better. Avoid!
DO NOT BUY THIS GAME As much as it pains me to leave a negative review, I must be honest. Despite being rather excited seeing this game, knowing it was effectively a clone of the Stellaris Star Trek mod, I purchased it with hopes of it being polished over time and being comparable to Stellaris. The game definitely feels like Star Trek at times, but the controls are very clunky and take a decent bit of time to learn. The lack of playable factions/races certainly didn't help as well. Add to this that the game received less than 2 months of proper support before Nimble Giant went through "restructuring" which left this game with no team to continue work on it, leading to it's official end of all support in March. I wish this game had received the care it deserves, as this will simply serve as another reason to prevent more Star Trek games from being made in the future. If you enjoy Star Trek and have the itch for a proper 4X Grand Strategy, go play Stellaris with the Star Trek: New Civilisations (exact spelling for the mod) and you will have a much greater time. Especially if you can get Stellaris and any dlc as a bundle or on sale.
Officially abandoned in a very poor and buggy state. It wouldnt be that bad if you really like Star Trek and then grab it for 10 bucks in a sale.. the issue is that it is has several gamebreaking bugs, huge balance issues and Paradox decided to leave it like that. I truly admired Paradox for their kinda niche global strategy games. But this is the second game in kinda short time they drop dead in a rather questionable state. To quote one of my favourite movielines which turns out to be true way too often: "You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain"
I liked it. It's like Stellaris lite with a Star Trek skin.
*update* GAME IS ABANDONED, DO NOT BUY IT, PERIOD. DON'T BUY IT EVEN IF ITS ON SALE. I can't remember ever leaving a negative review for a game until now. Massive trekkie so as soon as I saw this was coming out it was wishlisted and then bought, but being a paradox game I understood its one of those "come back in a few months" type of games. Until now, being completely dropped by paradox and no more updates. The game itself is just.. well, bad. It's a very old version of Stellaris, it's lacking alot of features from QoL to just being able to do things that a trek game should. This game alone ha me questioning if I should be looking at paradox games for a day one purchase (CS2 also now added to that pile). In fact it's so bad that I never even finished the main story line, just couldn't face playing it with the jank and bugs. TLDR: Do NOT buy it, EVER. Not even on a sale in its current form. Buy Stellaris instead and download the Trek mod, it's vastly superior in all ways.
Didn't exactly feel complete on release. After less that 6 weeks of support it was ditched and it's pretty telling that one of the last blog posts from the game is blatantly "The modders will fix this". Just glad I only dropped £20. I got my money's worth, but I'd advise you save yours. Really soured me on ever buying anything published by Paradox again/
Bad Paradox, bad. Get down from the bed. Now, since we no longer own games, I'll consider myself an investor. As an investor I do not intend to invest into companies that put little effort into their product and then abandon it weeks after release. The entertainment stocks are going down so, investor mad. Maybe this is the language they understand.
