SPORE™ Galactic Adventures

i wouldn't reccomend getting this version - get the GOG version instead. it's nearly impossible to mod the steam version (you'll want to mod spore these days due to its prone to crashing and whatnot), and if you want to get online for the full spore experience, you'll have to do a whole song and dance with EA's "support" in order to activate your game to do so (which may be never, due to how EA's support system is).

A wonderfully fun and creative game bogged down by being licensed by a lousy company. I highly recommend this game to anyone who likes to express their creativity and creating awful little creatures that should not exist. But for the time being do not purchase this game on steam if you can help it. The game is currently managed by a separate dedicated team however online services are completely up to EA themselves. Despite having a dedicated spore team, you are forced to contact EA support directly if you want to enjoy online content for the game, which in my opinion is kind of essential. The thing about EA support is that they seem to forget this game exists and still has active servers, so you have to explain to them how their own game servers work and half the time they will refuse to let you play. I personally got blocked from Support and as a result blocked from online content for simply requesting a verification of my purchase on my account, doing everything they ask you to do. Spode be with you, and screw EA.

game so good I forgot to close it

This game was my absolute childhood, not only did it help me a safe sanctuary when life was a little too harsh, but it also gave me the guts to learn 3D modeling and animation. There will never be another game like this.

Best game EVER as you can see, I have a load of playtime, and its SO WORTH THE PRICE. you NEED TO GET THIS GAME, it is a MUST TRY. I would seriously recommend this game to anyone who likes to create, explore, and kind of just do ANYTHING you want. you don't even need the DLCs like me, there is nearly endless things to do.
