Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I can't give it a thumbs up as of now because it's just incomplete it's full of bugs, UI is not great and honestly it has just made the game unplayable in my opinion, I've run across so many bugs that cause me to reload a save to just try and finish a mission that take you over 30-40 min to complete. It's a great idea and I understand that it's a solo dev (I think) it has it's good qualities but the UI and BUGS mixed with the lack of notifications that you completed a quest take away from all of it, this game is not close to a full release and honestly I really hope the dev keeps working on the game, I know they just added knew stuff but they now need to focus on the small things. If they keep up with this game and fix the issues I will change my post to a positive review. But as is I can't recommend.

Well, this masterpiece recieved more love from its developer than most games on steam combined. This is a dream. Somebody's dream to create the perfect space game, with infinite star systems. Yea it has some jank, its made by a single genius. An extremely talented mastermind. This dream is a success. This puts you in a pilot seat / cockpit and lets you loose into a galaxy where you can do what you want. Explore every planet, loot every weapon and gear, own every ship. Bombard a star system from the comfort of your capital ship, and claim it for yourself. Practically become the Emperor/Empress. Or just be an adventurer, a freelancer, a trader, or even follow the main story quests like you'd do in a llinear space shooter / mass effect combo, minus the linear part. As i said, this is not a game but a masterpiece, and this masterpiece gives you a whole standalone sci-fi universe to lose yourself in. Imagine this as a Mass Effect meets Star Wars meets X4-Foundations meets Empyrion meets No Mans Sky. This is like Starfield and Cyberpunk 2077 combined, if Starfield was actually not a loading screen simulator and in Cyberpunk V decided "fck Night City and Arasaka, Im switching planets" YES, it has cockpit view, 3rd and 1st person views too. You really cant have a game more infinite in scale and in possibilities than this, and instead of eating 150gb from your ssd, this one is only a whoopping 13gb. This is some high level space wizzardry right here. This masterpiece, as all masterpieces, can always be improved, but what you get right now is worth the money, its worth even double really. 11/10, would support this dev again.
SpaceBourn 2 is in my opinion one of the best space games I've played. I've completed the main story once ( at the moment of writing this review has at least three endings if not more..). The story is quite interesting, so much so that in waiting to start next playthrough after next big update I've gone to try the first game to see how it all started... As for the S2 it's still missing some big features like proper diplomacy and bit more life in the galaxy but all that has already been announced in the upcoming update. Dev's are working hard to fix and deliver the best game possible, it keeps getting better since the 1.0 launched, something similar to what happened to NMS plus unlike other space games like X4 or ED after two hours you'll know if it's your cup of tea or not.
It's all I needed from a game not knowing it's possible to get from an indie developer. A sometimes janky but rewarding and fun experience.
Voices seem to be AI generated. If a human didn't make it, I don't want it. Wish I could refund it. 0/1, cannot recommend.
Is this what vibe coding and entire game looks like? It's wonky, crashes a fair bit, and has weird bugs. Voices are AI/Text to Speech, text and even ship names are often spelled wrong. Still, I love an underdog so I guess if it's cheap and you like janky games, go for it.
Pretty impressive for a single player take on star citizen done by a single person/small team. I do not understand some of the recent bad reviews though. Seems like low IQ nonsense. Here's some of my notes so far: HUD is fine (though I never got a popup or anything to tell me specifically what everything was, which would be helpful for some of the slightly less intuitive pieces) I've experienced the warp crashes, but what everyone apparently fails to mention is that the game saves before you start every single warp, you don't lose progress. All combat is pretty fun, though the ground AI seems a bit braindead. Beginning of the story is a bit rushed and the dialogue is def AI (which I don't mind but for some folks this is a deal breaker so I'll mention it), but if you play any modern game for the story I question your sanity. For such a mechanically complex game it runs surprisingly well and besides the warp crashes I've experienced no technical issues. If you believe like I do that we are never getting star citizen and that squadron 42 is forever 2 years away... for a single player stab at that type of gameplay this has been the best one yet. For what this is, I believe it will certainly give you $20 worth of fun and escape, even better if you get it on sale.
Really enjoying it so far. Clunky as all hell but so addictive. Considering this was made by one person, its so impressive. Bethesda, take note! THIS is what Starfield should have aimed for!!!
I have to say I was dubious at first but after buying I haven't been able to put it down. Honestly so far I'm preferring it over no man's sky and the other one which I can't remember the name of lol. Is the game perfect? God no. The planets are quite bland and repetitive, shooting combats good and AI is pretty average. On the other side of the coin the flying, space combat, UI, visuals, overall idea, progression, amount of weapons and ships are all amazing especially coming from one dev. This dev deserves alot of praise for what they have accomplished so far and I can't wait to see what the future holds for this game.
