Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 18.67/day in the week to Aug 4 → 29.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
The game's great quality is baffling me on how this is not selling enough to sustain the developer who is making it. But then again, it's probably square enix with their approach on marketing, I speculate. There isn't much of what I can add more that has been said by others about the quality of this game. Not playing this is a crime. The game's my favourite feature; - If u like Arkham Batman series, the combat play similarly. - The open world traversal is GTA level quality, you'll find highway & taxi to patronize (or every random npc cars u can steal but then..) the cop chase, it's easier but fun enough though not as bombastic. - The extortion of peasant does make u feel gangsta (and sometime u feel like the Punisher). - The shooting gallery don't happen often enough just as it suggest gun ownership is rare & illegal in HK. - Ramming into other triad's vehicle is exhilirating just as we mercilessly massacre the one chasing us from behind. And the race? You got NFS underground right at home, with the living open world not empty lifeless prop as a background. Although the racing & vehicle experience have room to be even better, it's already more than good enough for me. Recommended!

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 12: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Absolute GOAT-ed game. Not mind-blowing in any way, but I think it's aged really well and still holds its own against the other open-world juggernauts that have been released since.
good game

genuinely one of a kind the hand to hand combat sytems are unmatched good for people that prefer a fast paced game with arcadey drving mid gun and shooting stuff but insane hand to hand combat, not crazy optimized for mac but runs well
they dont make games like this anymore man
optimisation so good that it ran well even on my phone (oneplus 13r, snapdragon 8 gen 3 chip) via game native open source android app. however on phone i did cap fps to 30 (720p res). on the laptop i played, it ran well at 60fps cap (800p res). using in game settings for capping fps fixes some weird issues like game slowing down if someone has that issue. graphics still hold very well, and open world feels very alive specially at market. main story is alright, acting of characters is kinda ok. did enjoy races and unlocking cars, i really liked the mechanics of dashing your car to hit another car and action jump to different car, despite car driving it self is not as good as gta 4 and even 5. DZS-90 car and its missions were really fun. also enjoyed goofy aah island fights. smiley cat dlc was mid. yet to finish last dlc. it also does one more thing better than any gta as for now which is melee fighting, which also has lots of upgrades.
