Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Aug 22 → 1.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Sister Ray is an RPG-survival about the brutal daily life of Ray - an artist struggling with addiction, who takes care of her little sister. Look after your condition - no one should know about the addiction. Improve your drawing skills, sell your paintings, do everything to ease the ever-growing withdrawal. Survive and look for a way out.

Live each game day as you see fit. The only conditions are to survive and not get caught.
Explore the city streets and visit important locations - the school, bar, park, police station, etc.
Look for places to sketch or draw at home, raising your skill and opening new abilities. Maybe you’ll get to the exhibition after all?
Any action inevitably advances the time of day - plan ahead and do not miss important events.

The younger sister is the only person close to you. All your bad habits will become an example for her to follow. She shouldn't find out about the addiction.
Relationships with others are an extremely fragile thing. Try not to lose your friends.
Selling paintings, part-time work, speculation, pickpocketing - there are a great many ways to get some cash. But what will you spend it on?

Health: a fragile and capricious thing. Today you are sprinting away from the police, the next day you are lying on your last legs, poisoned by an unknown substance. What exactly will knock you down? Take your pick - there is death for every taste.
Appearance: as you know, clothes don’t make the man. But the looks certainly do here. All doors are open for an attractive girl, and therefore - who needs eloquence when you just look fabulous?
Composure: take a note here, losing self-control will turn your body and mind into your worst enemies. Any action will be the result of a ruthless struggle against yourself.
Maybe you should just give in? Surrender yourself to emotions and animal instincts!
Withdrawal: a faithful companion of any drug addict. Its presence becomes more tangible with every passing hour, until it overshadows every aspect of your life, inevitably taking down all other stats.
Will you try to resist the temptation?

fun game that has a decent amount of issues. overall i’m going to recommend it because the problems it has are mostly solvable. pros: -choices do actually matter and can have dire consequences. sometimes you don’t know you’re even making a choice, which i always like. you can miss out on content by not doing certain things or checking certain areas, which encourages exploration -doesn’t hold your hand, can be very punishing (in a fun way) -the game cycle is engaging and very addictive -can be very reactive (although the opposite is also true. sometimes characters will act as though you haven’t finished a quest or done specific relevant actions which can kill immersion) -npcs have their own schedules which is a fun challenge when you have a limited amount of time. -doesn’t shy away from adult topics cons: -janky with a good amount of bugs (issues with walking, items disappearing, drugs having the opposite effect of what they’re supposed to) -the english translation is rough at times which leads to trouble understanding how the game works, especially since there is already little guidance given -no journal or quest log. there’s a concept of one, but it doesn’t track everything and can be very vague. -the painting system is extremely confusing and doesn’t seem to have any rhyme or reason to it. there’s a mini game where you collect dots with the WASD buttons, and supposedly the more dots you collect the higher your painting will rank. there are also obstacles to avoid that are supposed to penalize you if you touch them. in reality it was irrelevant how many dots, if any i, collected, and how many obstacles i ran into. the final scores were always unpredictable. -the leveling up system doesn’t always function the way it’s supposed to, as far as i can tell. it seems like you’re supposed to gain “chemistry” points every time you take a drug of a certain type, but half of the time that i took benzos or psychedelics i didn’t gain any points. if my understanding of the leveling up system is incorrect, that’s just a different problem. -some quests end in unsatisfying ways. without giving any spoilers, the mystery of what happened to one of the characters resolved in a very abrupt and strange way that left me with more questions than answers
This is really an amazing game! Music and Art style are great, almost every dialogue is interesting and unique in a certain way. The status and time management and bills are all mechanics good enough for this game, though I think it has its downsides. I felt some progression from the skills trees, but the game doesn't give you new things to try, except from 2 skills that make it possible to turn bad paintings into masterpieces, but the gameplay is basically making quests while you try not to die from overdose, which makes sense, but is like that the entire game. I also felt that sometimes the game would slow down really bad for 3 days or so. Also, after discovering that I can just buy an infinity source of water and drink it to remove withdrawal, the game become just too easy. I liked my ending, even though it was not the best, it was funny and happy (Ending #4). The game was longer than I expect as well, I tought it was going to be something like 4-8 hours of gaming, but I spent way more than this, but I liked being able to spent more time into this game and their characters. Finally, remember that drugs and alcohol are your friends (not really) and water is your Holy Grail for withdrawal.
хайпово, мне нравится
A good solid game. It's got a decent few issues, but nothing that outdoes the sheer charm this game has. The art, the voice acting (though I don't speak russian, but it sounded good) and especically the music are all great, the characters are compelling, and as long as you save scum a bit the difficulty is decently well balanced, though that leads into one of my main problems, which is that this game feels so much like it wants you to save scum with all the minor problems that you can have in a day because of random chance. Things like busses getting stuck in trafic and taking more time and getting bad encounters while selling portraits are, while sort of immersive, very frustrating, as is not knowing when certain things will be available meaning you have to load a save if the person you want to talk to just isn't there. The story also has an issue where some minor things have more importance then they seem to and one of the seeming most major choices did absolutely nothing as far as I could tell. I missed out on one of the main routes in act 5 because I didn't do what looked like a minor side quest, and a major character left because of some choice I made, but for the life of me I don't know what. This is a notable flaw, but as I said before the character writing, the great dialouge and the general strength of the story's foundations keep it being good regardless. So: Positives: Great characters and scene to scene writing Good fundamental plot and pacing Excellent art direction Excellent Music and vibes Negatives: Save scumming is basically necesary Consequences aren't clear enough why they happened, and are frustrating more than natural
Игра проходится за несколько вечеров, сюжет простой но расследовать интересно, персонажи запоминающиеся. За 500 рублей игра выглядит достойно.
