Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.44/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Neatly and attractively designed story in a hybrid cyberpunk set but too much fighting and insects = Pros = * The etiquette system as a part of genuine roleplaying * Cyberspace / Matrix visuals: cyan neon lights, dark backgrounds, blur effects, circuit-like lines, an extradimensional feel – pure Tron vibes. * Succinct and distinct UI with diagonally-cut panels and flavorful geometric adornment * Trading stolen data – not the most ethical pastime, but more exciting than shooting; reminiscent of stealing Sokolov's art in Dishonored * A solid noir-detective plot with horror elements: a grim family past, a religious cult, evil corps, and an insect invasion * Some fascinating and vivid characters, like the katana-wielding, clairvoyant Harlequin; the charming, chubby Afro-Japanese Mrs. Kubota aka Madame Sinful; or the puissant, icy contriver James Telestrian III /I sold myself to him in the finale/ * The canonical Alley Punk armor with its luminous gas mask lenses and breathing tube * A credible and atmospheric soundtrack * Brief and without the text overload of a game like Tyranny = Cons = * Too much fighting. While combat is diverse /melee, shooting, magic, summons, drones/, it's still boring even when turn-based. Too few stealth or conversational options. No true no-kill route. * Insects. They're too resilient, spawn suddenly from walls, and can only be killed with a special gun, by two specific characters, in a single round – otherwise, they rebirth and restore. A horrible, tedious difficulty spike. Where's the 'Mimic the Insect Queen' button? * Seattle. Aside from a huge container crane in the port mission, it feels like a generic cyberpunk city, not Seattle. * A lack of gorgeous 2D art. The plain isometric visuals needed aesthetic enhancement through loading screen art, a character archive, illustrated UI elements, etc. * I'm not a fan of the core Shadowrun setting, so I couldn't warm up to the elves and trolls in a cyberworld = 8/10 =

Влюбился в игру только из-за визуала!
Cult Classic a must buy from hare brained studios. The whole trilogy is dope.
I enjoyed this quite a lot. The genre & world is great. I love the sort of Elder Scrolls meets Cyberpunk type situation. It was surprisingly short, i finished the main story in 10 hours. But the story that is there is good. I have most likely not scratched the surface of what is possible. As ive only played it once, and i am likely to play it again because of that. I adored the characters. Coyote, Jake Armitage, McKlusky & Dresden were all great. The main villian however (wich i wont say who, its a spoiler) is fairly flat, and their motivations are a bit dull. In my opinion the secondary antagonist was far more interesting. Other than that the side characters were all around great as well. Its not a classic RPG in the vain of say the first two Baldur's Gates & Fallout's. Its more like a tactical shooter with heavy RPG elements. Or an RPG with heavy strategy elements, pick your poison. And the roleplaying that is there is more of a class system, to what i have seen at least. Though again ive only had one playthrough, so ive only played one race & one archetype. The combat is fun, a lot of fun. For me it really was the highlight of the game to be honest. Its not too challenging but not a walk in the park either. And though you dont have to, you greatly benefit if you think ahead and choose your actions carefully. And for last, the soundtrack, the soundtrack was FANTASTIC. I dont think there was a single track i disliked. In fact the sound design in general i thoroughly enjoyed. Overall - 8/10
I got this game for cheap in a bundle. It's worth what I paid for it. If you want a tactic's RPG it's good enough I guess. There's some interesting set pieces and ideas in the story, and Shadowrun deserves some praise for combining fantasy elements with a more modern sci-fi setting regardless of this game. Honestly, I only bought it because everyone hated the first person shooter of Shadowrun on 360 and that was one of my favorite games, so I figured this would be way better. It's not. But I don't play competitive shooters anymore so that's fine. It's good enough for what it is. Some of the writing is pure trash. Whoever wrote the script thought repeating statements was a good way to end conversations. And they end every conversation that way. Every fraggin one.
Played it because I got it for free almost a decade ago, and I do not regret it - nice science fantasy RPG romp, good writing, nice intersection between gameplay and roleplay elements, worked nicely as my lunch break game. Vaguely xcom-like in combat. Gave it a shot because I love Harebrained Scheme's work with Battletech, and I can see the foundations for that game's writing style and RPG-elements here. Will give the next 2 shadowrun games a shot
Good game, but forced arbitration in TOS. Don't buy.
