Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.14/day in the week to Aug 24 → 3.29/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

After about 30 minutes I nopped out. Why? It's my chracter's pace and nothing more. I move so slow the half of the 30 minutes was spent moving. Even using the laughable sprint option is 2x times slower than a snail. I've never experianced this before, even in small team indie games. It's too bad because it has everything I look for in a game, but this one issue is a no-go for me.

I like the graphics of this game. It's very clean and, smooth. I also think there is a lot to do in this open world game. ( Not boring ) There is a lot more goods I can say about this game, but I am playing it right now. Lol.
The wife and I both love Sengoku Dynasty. The updates have been great! We're on our third playthrough. We really enjoy building out the villages. And the pace of the game is actually very well done. If you like survival/crating games and the Sengoku period of Japan, I highly recommend this game.
Sengoku Dynasty Review: Feudal Ambitions, Familiar Foundations As someone who’s sunk countless relaxing hours into Medieval Dynasty—carefully building villages and managing villagers—I was immediately intrigued by Sengoku Dynasty, the latest from the same publisher and developer Superkami. This time, the dynasty experience trades medieval Europe for the turbulent Sengoku period of feudal Japan, an era rife with civil war and upheaval. The result is a familiar, yet refreshingly atmospheric take on the village-building genre. A Setting Ripe for Storytelling Placing Sengoku Dynasty in this chaotic slice of Japanese history is inspired. The era’s volatility provides ample narrative justification for players to carve out their own destinies. You’ll begin by reclaiming the ruins of a village, with plenty of freedom to choose your settlement’s location. My first session followed the tutorial’s suggested starting zone, but you’re never locked in—another nod to player agency. Gameplay: Tried and True, with a Samurai Twist If you’ve played Medieval Dynasty, Sengoku Dynasty will feel instantly familiar: gather resources, build, recruit villagers, and survive the changing seasons. However, the dangers here are distinctly Japanese, ranging from hunger and the cold to prowling wild animals and raids by local bandits. Difficulty is customizable, with four settings—Creative, Chilled, Normal, and Hardcore—each tweakable for a personalized challenge. I started on Chilled to get my bearings, later switching to Normal for a more demanding survival experience. Combat starts simply, with spears and bows, but becomes more engaging as you unlock samurai swords and battle bandits. Taking down enemy camps adds a satisfying layer of action to the management loop. Lead Your People, Shape Your Village Whether you’re after a laidback village sim or a tense survival challenge, Sengoku Dynasty offers plenty of management depth. Your population grows by recruiting refugees—each with a backstory of loss and displacement. Assign them jobs, build them homes, and your village becomes largely self-sustaining, though seasonal management (like rotating crops and foraging) remains crucial. My favorite aspect, as in the Dynasty series, is shaping the village itself. You control the placement of homes, production buildings, roads, and farms. Unique to Sengoku Dynasty is the ability to build shrines to Japanese deities, adding pleasing cultural flavor. While building options are somewhat limited compared to other entries, the visuals and Japanese aesthetic are lovely and immersive. Co-op is another highlight. Needs some TLC. With recent updates and the console port, Sengoku Dynasty supports crossplay, letting friends manage villages together online—a welcome addition for dynasty builders who prefer company. They do tend to lag your friends if their graphics settings are not properly adjusted. Romance Mechanics: Needs More Depth One area where the game falls short is the romance system. While you can pursue a spouse, the process feels underdeveloped—mostly consisting of handing off gifts until you achieve the result. I would have loved to see more in-depth interactions, such as unique dialogue, story events, or choices that make the relationship feel meaningful. Building a dynasty is about legacy, and more nuanced courtship would make that journey much more rewarding. Rough Edges and Room for Growth Despite many hours of enjoyment, Sengoku Dynasty isn’t without flaws. Dialogues with refugees sometimes suffer from awkward translations, making conversations feel clunky. Menu navigation, especially on consoles, can be frustrating, with inconsistent button responses and a UI that doesn’t always play nicely with joysticks—a common pain point for PC-to-console ports. Management and customization options aren’t as deep as in Medieval Dynasty, which left me wishing for more complexity and variety. Ongoing updates will be essential to keep veteran players engaged. Most notably, I encountered regular crashes—almost predictably after 2–4 hours of play. Autosaves minimize lost progress, but the frequent need to reload interrupts the otherwise relaxing flow. Verdict Sengoku Dynasty successfully adapts the Dynasty formula to feudal Japan, offering atmospheric village-building and management with a few new tricks up its sleeve. While it needs polish—especially in translation, UI, stability, and romance depth—it remains an enjoyable, meditative experience for fans of the genre and newcomers alike. With ongoing updates and refinements, Sengoku Dynasty could easily become as beloved as its predecessor. I love this game overall.
It’s a pretty fun game, however it’s pretty laggy and it crashes a bit while playing on the steam deck. It needs some polishing for sure. If you plan on playing I guess make sure your specs are pretty good
