I don't want to not recommend this game just because I have carpal tunnel. But I think the next fix the dev should implement is an accessibility option so you don't have to hold down the mouse button constantly while cleaning or doing repairs. The way the controls are currently implemented makes me unable to play for longer than 15 minutes at a time.
Fun game, but AI use bothers me and discussion in the forums has me solidly convinced that, at least for promotional material, it has been used without being disclosed. If that doesn't bother you fine, go wild, but I think people have a right to be aware.

Had I known that it uses AI I wouldn't have bought it. Shameful that it's not disclosed. Edit: The developer response is laughable considering it was confirmed AI was used for something related to the game (Apparently, through a third party artist, who they apparently trusted to not use AI, and still pushed it into their assets before checking (apparently).), which begs the question what else isn't being disclosed (still).
Undisclosed AI usage.
I originally bought this game thinking it was in support of artists and the gameplay was fun. But I recently found out GenAi was used in the art and then edited over to appear real. I cannot recommend this game especially with it not being properly diclosed. If the developers didn't know, correct this and be transparent with the people that will buy your game.
回答我!look in my eyes!
English / Pt-Br Review: ReStory: Chill Electronics Repairs caught me in a way I didn't expect, on paper it's a simulator about repairing electronics but in practice, it's a time machine. Every device I opened took me back to childhood, when I'd take things apart and could never put them back together. Here, I finally did. That alone would be enough for a 10/10. The 2000s Akihabara setting is charming, the shop feels cozy, and every customer has their own little story. The lo-fi soundtrack completes the experience perfectly, making everything feel calm and nostalgic. I finished the game with a stupid little smile on my face, wishing I could tell the kid I used to be that, this time, everything worked out. Nostalgic. 10/10. Amazing. A trilha lo-fi completou perfeitamente a experiência, deixando tudo relaxante e nostálgico. 10/10. Incrível.
Addictive repair gameplay. "One more device" can easily turn into a few hours of game time. FUN!
There's obviously pros and cons to every game, this is one of them. Look, there's very big things to change. Progression: it feels like I'm making ZERO progress at all. I understand with these kinds of games they're supposed to "take your time" and "be considerate with your actions" but it constantly feels like I'm racing against the clock. The clock goes way too fast, in turn I only get done 2 repairs each day. In turn it makes me feel very panicked because "oh no what if I keep the window open by 12 oh no oh no" and it doesn't feel fun. The mouse movement is...janky. I understand I'm playing on a Macbook (eugh) but perhaps the same would apply to a PC. It feels way too slow especially considering you need to hold and click a coupel of times to get the screws out. It doesn't feel enjoyable to actually play. I see this game with a lot of potential, hell I've always wanted a game like this. Despite me not playing the demo (I heard reviews of the demo) it does seem like some things have changed. Would I recommend it in this stage? No, not YET. It basically came out today (wow) but please do give it time and perhaps this review will change.
Not a fan of genAI being used. Even if it was a third party, the developer should know better in this day and age and still review it before publishing it.
