Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Same day: best AU #85, worst CN #98 · 3 markets collected
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 9/day in the week to Aug 24 → 12.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
After hostilities have broken out in Central Europe, the race is on as a pressured US Navy escort force battle off Soviet bomber and submarine attacks on a perilous quest to reinforce NATO defenders in Europe. Meanwhile, in the Persian Gulf, the conflict between Iran and Iraq risks escalating into a larger confrontation between superpowers as both sides indiscriminately attack neutral merchant shipping. And in the Norwegian Sea, an outnumbered Soviet surface force challenges the might of a massive US Navy amphibious force bound for occupied Norway...
Brought to you by the lead designer of Cold Waters, Sea Power lets you control NATO and Warsaw Pact forces in a modern naval conflict. Whether it's gunning it out with Boghammars in a surface duel, fighting off aerial attackers armed with long-range missiles, or hunting for enemy submarines with aircraft and surface ships, advanced weaponry and sensors are at your disposal.
Can you successfully hide your forces while detecting and tracking theirs? It is up to you to play an advanced game of cat and mouse on the high seas, to seize the initiative and attack with the advantage of surprise on your side. And at all times, you have to observe rules of engagement and take care not to cause an unnecessary incident that could lead to escalation. After all, you cannot really be sure just who that radar contact at 30.000 feet is, can you?

States that it's in a "Playable" state for the Steamdeck! However, even potato mode won't get you to the 1st Campaign mission! I've turned everything off, low, or minimum that I can and still it won't get past the mission installation screen! I'm bedbound due to ill health. The deck is a big time release for myself, great time killer. Sea Power was right up my street! Ex-military and bombs and missiles were my day to day life, including Harpoon and Torp. Sonar bouys as well, loaded them by the truck load onto the Nimrod back in the 90s. So, yeah. Had high hopes for this. Been trying it that long that I've probably gone past the refund stage. But, the main thing is that whatever changes have been made over the years, the game is now totally unplayable on the Steamdeck. What a waste.

So far, near perfection. If they actually pull off the promised dynamic campaign, it’ll be absolutely perfect.

Game is really good but I had to refund it, performance is absolutely terrible, I couldn't even finish the carrier tutorial without dipping into the 20fps zone minutes after starting. If they manage to fix that I'll buy it back.
The developers, Nuclearstonk and bluedot, are recklessly tweaking game mechanics and core systems while failing to fix existing bugs or optimize the game itself. They ignore community feedback and are arbitrarily changing the specifications and workflows related to model import and modding—specifically the rules for custom OBJ models. These changes will render a vast number of mods that rely on imported custom OBJ models non-functional. If this update goes live, it's highly likely that every mod on the Workshop depending on imported custom OBJ models will break entirely. In this environment, whether you're a modder or a player, your concerns and hard work will not be respected. The mod you've created could become completely useless overnight—unless you're willing to spend dozens or even hundreds of hours fixing your mod files after every single update.
Since Sea Power's release, I've logged over 260 hours of playtime. From the very beginning, I was drawn to the game's setting and its level of moderate simulation. The vast Workshop community has breathed life into this title like nothing else. However, as time has gone on — especially after the aerodynamics update and after nuclearstonk joined the dev team — the game's updates have become completely unfocused and chaotic. The AI behavior logic that so urgently needs fixing has been left to languish. The "1985 timeframe" the devs keep citing imposes no real constraint at all: they've added a whole batch of ships for the US Navy that lie beyond that timeline, while simultaneously holding a hostile attitude toward Soviet ships of the same era. That is textbook favoritism. Not to mention how the major updates have broken Workshop mods. Half of this game's vitality is given to it by the Workshop, and if the devs remain stubborn and set in their ways, this game may well have no future.
