Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.

Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

I got this game on sale last week, and I honestly wish I could have paid full price for it instead. The devs deserve it. I cannot believe I waited until this long to try it out. Masterful character writing and dialogue, clean gameplay, and the animations...I forget half the time I'm looking at pixel graphics with how ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clean everything it is. Props to Wonder Potion. I am instantly buying whatever game they put out next. I really hope they gain more traction soon. These guys are unbelievably talented. 10/10!
Incredible story, solid gameplay and a fantastic track. 10/10

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This is a "yes, but..." recommendation. Make sure you like platforming and swinging. The game starts so charming and colorful. Fantastic pixel art. Great warm fuzzy feelings in the tutorial area. Then they crush all your warm fuzzy feels flat with dark and gloom. Motivation and story telling. Okay. That's fine. The game is gritty and dark for a long while, which is fine, but it also feels a bit slow to progress through the next third or half of the game, to me. Each area adds complexity, but the huge panoramas of most of the play space have a sparseness that doesn't add interest or improve that slow feeling. The last half or so picks up though, and the end positively speeds thru at a crazy pace that is satisfying with its claw arm swings, robot crushing impacts, and speedy dashes. The ending, while still rather gloomy on the whole, is very heartwarming and well animated.
On the whole, SANABI is quite a disjointed experience. It has both interesting gameplay and a somewhat captivating story. And yet, the marriage of those two elements is where this game flops for me. The gameplay in SANABI is quite unique when it comes to 2d platformers. The grappling hook, and it's momentum, are key to the platforming in SANABI. Momentum generation, preservation and expenditure is the main way by which you progress through the game. The combat is a natural extension of the momentum based platforming and quite satisfying, once you get a hold of things. Where things partly fall apart for me is the level design. The level design can be, quite harshly, described as "uninspired" and "repetitive". Despite the game being quite short, and the movement quite fun and unique, the moment to moment gameplay soon becomes boring. The levels, as a whole, feel quite repetitive. If you asked me to name even one screen from this game, I'd probably struggle. Things get a bit better when talking about the vibes of this game. Taken as a whole, the eastern and cyberpunk influence here blends quite nicely and presents a strong vibe. There are some "hype" moments which feel really powerful. The graphics and audio design in general is where I'd give a lot of props to the development team. For such a small budget, they produced a high quality sensory experience. Leaning on vibes, the story also has some emotional highs. Especially towards the end of the game I became a bit more emotional. Even though the cast isn't that vast, the two leads are both enjoyable in their own right. There were a few moments that made me chuckle, despite the game being pure text with no voice acting. A noteworthy aspect of this game is that it is incredibly linear, almost to a fault. This game features literally no side paths, npcs, items or an inventory system, currency, a level system or any other form of distractions from the main story path. I do think this approach simplified the development, gameplay testing and the overall pacing of the game. If you aren't interested in, what can best described as, an "interactive action movie" experince, then this game is probably not for you. Ultimately, the story drags on for far too long. The one overarching mystery is slowly dissected from a lot of angles. By the end, everything is neatly explained. But to get there, the player has to experience similar story beats repeated over and over again. By the end, the story felt so bloated, despite being relatively short and simple, that I just wanted to get it over with. What increased my frustration is the quite frequent interruption of gameplay with story moments. The gameplay is so high paced, while the story is quite slow and deliberate. The meshing of these two flows really hurts the overall player experience. Sometimes I wanted to just play the game, so the story was something I wanted to blitz through. And during other moments I wanted to take things a bit more slowly and progress the story. SANABI is a fine game, that excels in some areas and drags in others. But in this day and age, where time is so precious, I can't honestly recommend anyone spend the 9 plus hours to finish this game.
it's like if katana zero had sick schmovement and also actually released the dlc and completed the story and got to the point instead of being kinda weirdly esoteric about it in ways. also, instead of the ost being by multiple artists, it's by one artist. the dlc is free, and the game is a fun time, definitely recommend.
Очень рекомендую
This game has absolutely atrocious writing. Low-quality anime/JRPG dreck. Pure cringe, and full of padding and fluff so every cutscene takes an age to wade through. I love grappling hooks but no grappling hook is worth putting up with this
