Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.14/day in the week to Aug 25 → 8.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

So I bought this on sale at 85% off will all the expansion DLC and I was curious about what all the (anti) hype was all about. And just to be clear here, I have completed most of the previous Saints Row games before (2, 3, 4 specifically. Never got around to 1 because there's no female player option and Gat out of Hell just didn't vibe with me.) So after finishing the main story, side mission and expansions, as a Saints Row "veteran" what do I think of this game? ...Meh, it was ok. Was it a bit of a step down from the original series? Yeah, sure. But honestly, all the hate this game got is a bit overblown imho. And I think all the hat was mostly fueled by Volition's really bad reaction to the initial criticism. They should've taken a page from CDPR's book on how to handle a bad game release. Regarding the oft-cited bad points: Yes, the writing is cringy af. However, I had to remember that Saints Row has always been a bit of a parody of the crime simulator genre so I figured that if I imagine the tone-deaf storytelling as s somewhat intention parody of gen-z youth culture, I could (barely) give the writing a small pass for trying. Mechanically speaking, the game is actually pretty good. The combat shooting is fun. The driving is fun, The customization of nearly everything you own is fun. And even the added exploration and collectible features are a good distraction to work on and really highlights just how big the open world of Santo Ileso is. The overall journey you go through: starting from nothing and ending up becoming the most powerful crime lord in the city is still very satisfying. Most of the bugs that were present at the start has been mostly ironed out and the little jank that remains is annoying but not game-breaking. And even on my current potato PC, I only crashed once. So yeah, I recommend this game, with the caveat that this game is best enjoyed in a vacuum. If you can get it on sale, all the better, but I personally don't think I would've regretted buying this at full price either. If you can look past all the complaints about the ruined legacy of the franchise, you'll still have a good time over all.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 17: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Yeah, we all know the game isnt exactly a masterpiece. The gameplay and mission design is just completely mindless, the execution is also kinda bad, but its bearable. What really bugs me, though, is the sound mix. All the sound effects are so quiet, and I have looked for mods and fixes but havent found anything. Engine noises are barely audible, you can hardly hear gunshots, everything is almost muted. On the other hand, completely overmodulated dialogue from these strange characters blasts through your ears so loudly that it makes you want to throw up. Whats more, it actually managed to crash my GPU once. Something I have never experienced with any other game. And since I was playing in online coop, and my partner also suffered the exact same GPU crash at the exact same moment… Well, thats quite something. I dont know if I would even recommend this game if it were free.
I bought this game because I’m a huge fan of the previous games in the series, but unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be finishing this one. The gunplay has zero impact and the combat is extremely disappointing. Enemies feel like nothing more than bullet sponges being thrown at you from every direction. Even the characters are weird and completely uninteresting, including the Boss himself. It’s hard to take any of them seriously. The story is also terrible and, to be honest, I can’t tell whether some of it was intentionally written as a joke. The characters feel completely disconnected from what made the previous games enjoyable. It also feels like the game is trying way too hard to meet some kind of diversity and inclusion quota, with LGBTQ+ representation being pushed into the game in a way that feels forced rather than natural. Saints Row is really dead. This game is a massive disappointment, especially for someone who loved the earlier games. I honestly cannot recommend it.
Even for $4.50 this game isn't worth it. Super buggy and the checkpoint system is terrible.
I gotta be honest, if not for the story and missions the game ended up with, this reboot would have been met positively in spite of some other flaws. As-is, and seeing for how cheap it goes on sales, I would say this is a decent crime sandbox, if with a very weak story. The worst part, the story, I am sure you already know it, they decided to make the new main cast a band of shlubby, dorky gang of struggling millennials and their characterisation really suffers from making them uniformly "down to earth" dweeby as opposed to more idealized characters of original SR series. But that's not all, the missions themselves you do, in the story, are often underwhelming and paced out to be shorter, or just lack some sort of cinematic or other flair to make them more memorable, a lot of main plot is just doing pretty menial things, instead of confrontations. There aren't that many missions either, so hope you enjoy doing story-unrelated activities if you want to get your money worth - albeit that's SR for you, not unique to this game. As for the good part? It's a solid crime-centric open-worlder, with a real nice city and a variety of activities (though I must say all the payouts for performing missions being so small comparing to income earned from businesses is a WEIRD choice), This is probably the first GTA-like title where I actually felt like I'd like to visit the city as a (bulletproof) tourist, with its own take on Keep Austin Weird and very varied architecture. The combat is similarly to previous SR games, fine, an enjoyable sandbox, it's fun to shoot around at enemies and driving is also enjoyable, albeit at least playing on keyboard I really underused the special powers, maybe they're more accessible on gamepad? I don't know. Vehicles are pretty varied, and there's both rural and urban areas to zoom around, it's actually pretty varied in that regard. Get it on a sale. If you enjoy open world sandboxes and can handle the writing, you should actually find it enjoyable as did I.
I got this game on sale, I thought it would be really cool it looks nothing like the hype the trailer showed. So many graphic glitches no first person and abunch of other issues. This is no where near fun, get the original games dont waste your money on this crap.
Where do i even start, this is what happens when u do a reboot wrong bc they went towards a more woke audience and it just loses the whole charm of being a saints row game along with that this is the game that broke volition like i see this the same way i saw watch dogs 2 a fully 360 from edgy humor to whatever we got in this game and its a real shame as well bc we could have gotten somthing perfect but no we didnt just pure slop
The characters have nothing to do with Saints Row at all and they literally just made everyone and everything g@y sorry but it's true and it's annoying. Game is unplayable in coop as well. Players disconnect constantly and the game in general is very unstable online
優化很差,常常會有馬賽克畫面&破圖的情況出現,還有遊玩過程中常常音訊缺失,比如駕駛遊戲中車輛一點聲音都沒有...非常影響遊玩體驗
