Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Aug 25 → 4.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

NOT RECOMMENDED ⛔ DO NOT BUY THIS ON PC — COMPLETELY BROKEN PORT I bought this game excited to play it and spent an entire day trying to get it to work. The game freezes permanently at 5% on the loading screen every single time without fail, making it 100% unplayable. I tried EVERY recommended fix the community suggests: Gentlemen of the Row mod SR2 Juiced Patch SleepHook and DisableXInput config fixes Windows 7 compatibility mode Run as Administrator Unplugging ALL USB devices Multiple full reinstalls Reverting to original unpatched exe Nothing worked. Not a single thing. This is a notoriously broken PC port that Deep Silver has never properly fixed. The fact that players need to install multiple third party mods and patches just to get the game to LAUNCH is completely unacceptable for a paid product on Steam. Save your money. Play it on Xbox or wait for a sale on GOG which apparently has a more stable version. Do NOT buy the Steam version unless you enjoy staring at a 5% loading screen forever. Completely angry and disappointed with this purchase >:(

nice
If I had a nickel for every time a open-world crime simulator game made in 2008 needed a community patch to be fixed, I would have two nickels, which is not much, but it's weird it happened twice
Saints Row at its height but somehow the game keeps crashing over and over. I started playing the third and fourth one a couple of years ago and I hadn't realized the best one was this one before now. Storytelling is amazing and always a pleasure to see Johnny again.
its a fun game but it crashes way to much for me.

Oldie but Goldie. If you like the GTA series give it a go!
