Regiments is a Real-Time Tactics game set in Germany 1989. The Cold War has gone hot, and the inferno is raging. Lead your Regiment through the fires of conflict and the fog of war. Break through the lines, call in artillery, maneuver, feign retreats, stage defenses, counter-attack. Do not relent.

I have looked long and hard for the next step in military RTS after Company of Heroes. After bouncing off Steel Division and looking at Eugene Systems' other baby Warno from a save distance I thought there is simply nothing out there that strikes a good balance between "realism" and accessibility. I am glad I gave Regiments a shot because it's exactly what I was looking for! You "only" control a regiment (duh!) but there is still plenty of strategic and tactical depth and difficult decisions will need to be made. Unlike in hardcore Warsims you usually know what you did wrong and that makes it so much more motivating to give it another shot. I also really appreciate that there is a single player campaign. It's not very flashy in its presentation but the subject matter is told well and historically plausible. And the first operation just gave me an eerie surprise, probably one of the most memorable moments in an RTS I have ever played. Extra bonus points for persistence between operational phases. You will need to decide if you want to spend your resources on repairing your units or upgrading them. Overall, I can highly recommend Regiments, especially for this price. I hope the devs get another chance at a sequel. These campaigns would be an absolute banger in co-op mode for example.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's the perfect time sink.
I would like to see the editor of multiphase campaigns. A map editor and a library of custom campaigns (in addition to the first one)
Perfect game for newcomers and veterans alike. This game has a nice mix of realism and abstraction that makes playing it all about tactics, instead of APM or an established meta. It can also be very challanging when it wants to (TF McMains and the last 2 operations show that well), so don't sleep on this game if you are a grognard. Anyway, solid 9/10. A dynamic campaign and multiplayer/co-op would make it a 10, IMO.
I love the new DLC - the dynamic War Paths allow you to play as a regiment for quite a long campaign - it's exhilirating.
Fun RTS game that's easy to learn and has a lot of cool units. Love the new DLC
nice and easy game, good for casual rts players
