amazing game, not too short. 10/10 do recommend
This game has one of the best movements systems in any video game, and it does an amazing job of giving you reasons to use it and experiment with it with the secrets and timed challenges. As an indie title it is inspiring.
Haven't finished the game, but I've gone deep into it so far. The music is pretty good, Character designs are fantastic. The protagonist is really attractive. I don't really see much direct story, to be honest. The platforming is challenging, and not too easy which I really like. But some are enough to want to rip my hair follicle right off my skull. Although most things are a pain to unlock, I've found myself enjoying this game regardless it's difficulty. I think the combat is pretty boring to be honest. BUT i wouldn't recommend this to anyone who doesn't like backtracking inside games.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Pretty good. Ending was just okay, got very stuck a few times. Game feels sooooo good to play though. Really wish there was more.
Happily surprised by this game. Gameplay , difficulty and content are all great, has become one of my favourites in recent memory.

beautiful, fun, addicting
The story and world feel like a dream and the game plays like one too.
The best thing about this game for me is the movement and the worldscape. The movement is quick and precise and you can satisfyingly flow through the world. One of the best parts of that is being able to get to areas without acquiring the intended ability if you are creative enough to path your way through. The atmosphere is dreamlike and nostalgic, and the level design encourages exploration. One thing I didn't get until the very end of my playthrough was the map, so maybe pick that up early unless you like being lost for a good while. But, it was fun being lost nonetheless, because I could just keep going and find new things and new areas. Then I would find myself in an area I had been to before, and start to make a mental map of the world while I discovered the lore and mysteries within. One of my favorite games, and would recommend to anyone that likes movement and exploration games.
Pseudoregalia is a metroidvania built almost entirely around movement, and the castle is basically a giant machine for finding new ways to get somewhere you were already looking at. The platforming feels excellent. Every new ability changes how you read the rooms, and eventually you stop walking through the castle normally because there is usually a wall somewhere that looks more convenient. The PS1-style visuals work really well too. Everything is simple and slightly strange, but the environments are still easy to read, which matters when the entire game is asking you to throw yourself across them. The combat is fine. It's there, it works, and occasionally something needs to be hit before you can continue platforming. Very good movement. Very good castle. Excellent cat bunny thing. 9/10
