Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
The ultimate test of trust and betrayal: do your friends have your back or will they leave you bleeding in the snow? Project Winter is an 8-person multiplayer game of survival and social deception, where cooperation is essential, but betrayal is inevitable.
Stranded in the frozen wilderness, survivors must gather resources, repair objectives, and fight the elements to escape. But hidden among them are traitors working together to sabotage, mislead, and eliminate their so-called allies.
Project Winter 2.0: Cabin Fever introduces a faster, more streamlined experience that keeps the paranoia and chaos alive while making it easier than ever for new players to jump in. For seasoned players, the punishing Classic mode remains - demanding coordination, grit, and sharp instincts to survive.
No two matches are ever the same. Whether you’re chopping firewood with allies, whispering over secret radios as a traitor, or panicking when a sudden blizzard forces everyone together, the tension builds with every decision.
Survivor
As a survivor you will have to complete a series of objectives in order to call in one of several rescue vehicles and escape to win the game.
Repair all the objectives to restore the cabin radio to working order.
Break rocks, harvest berries and herbs, and cut down trees to earn crafting materials used to repair objectives, and help keep you alive.
Explore crates found in the buildings scattered throughout the map which contain items that will help you survive and complete your objectives.
Traitor
As a traitor your goal is to stop the survivors from escaping without being identified or killed.
All of your teammates will be revealed to you at the start of the match and can be identified by a red traitor symbol, much like yours. You will start with a red radio to communicate with your fellow traitor.
Use traitor crates and hatches scattered throughout the map to gain advantage against survivors.
Teamwork & Survival: Survivors can’t make it alone. Work together to endure the cold, complete objectives, and fend off wildlife.
Betrayal & Deception: Traitors blend in, gain trust, and then strike when the moment is right. Anyone could be the enemy!
Communication: Proximity voice, radio channels, text chat, and emotes keep every interaction charged with suspicion.
Multiple Modes: Choose between streamlined Cabin Fever, unforgiving Classic, or customize your own rules for the perfect dose of paranoia.
Cosmetics & Progression: Unlock stylish looks and personalize your character with cosmetics available in our in-game store, progression trees, or in-game drops.
Can you trust your friends long enough to survive? Or will you be the reason no one makes it out alive?

Project Winter is a thrilling multiplayer survival game that combines elements of social deduction with intense cooperative gameplay, creating a unique experience that emphasizes both trust and betrayal. Developed by Other Ocean Interactive, this title stands out in the survival genre by not only challenging players to endure harsh environmental conditions but also to navigate the delicate dynamics of teamwork and deception. The result is a game that feels equally suspenseful and strategic, demanding communication, intuition, and adaptability. The core gameplay revolves around a group of eight players stranded in a frozen wilderness, tasked with gathering resources, repairing structures, and ultimately escaping before the environment and internal threats claim them. What sets Project Winter apart is the inclusion of traitors within the group—players secretly assigned to sabotage the team’s efforts. This social deduction element adds a compelling layer of paranoia and psychological gameplay. Every interaction becomes a potential minefield as players must decide who to trust while keeping an eye out for suspicious behavior. The tension between cooperation and suspicion drives much of the excitement and unpredictability. The survival mechanics are robust and well-integrated. Players must gather food, collect materials, craft tools, and maintain warmth to stave off the unforgiving cold. These tasks require coordination and strategy, particularly since the traitors actively attempt to hinder progress, steal resources, or mislead teammates. The game’s environmental hazards, such as blizzards and wildlife threats, add another layer of difficulty, forcing players to balance risk and reward during expeditions. Resource management and prioritizing tasks become vital to survival, emphasizing teamwork even as trust erodes. Communication is central to Project Winter’s experience. The game encourages voice chat and strategic use of text chat, with players often forming alliances or casting suspicion through discussion and voting. This social interaction makes each match feel different, with players employing a variety of tactics to deceive or detect traitors. The tension created by not knowing who might betray you at any moment keeps players on edge, elevating every decision from mundane to critical. The thrill of uncovering a traitor or successfully deceiving others brings moments of intense satisfaction and drama. Visually, Project Winter employs a stylized but effective aesthetic that captures the bleakness of a snow-covered wilderness. The environments are detailed enough to feel immersive without overwhelming, and the weather effects—like swirling snow and limited visibility—enhance the sense of isolation and danger. Character models are distinct and easy to recognize, which helps in tracking movements and identifying suspicious behavior during tense moments. While the graphics don’t aim for hyper-realism, they support the game’s atmosphere and gameplay very well. One of the standout aspects of Project Winter is its replayability. The random assignment of traitors, coupled with the unpredictability of human players, means no two matches feel the same. The game also offers a variety of character classes with unique abilities that add strategic depth to both the cooperative and deceptive elements. This encourages players to experiment with different roles and strategies, keeping the gameplay fresh over time. Regular updates and community events further bolster engagement and add new content to explore. However, the game does face some challenges. The reliance on player communication means that matches can sometimes be frustrating if players are uncooperative, disruptive, or silent. The learning curve can be steep for newcomers, especially those unfamiliar with social deduction mechanics. Additionally, occasional connectivity issues or bugs may disrupt the flow of a match, though the developers have shown a consistent commitment to improving stability and balancing gameplay. Despite these hiccups, the core experience remains compelling and rewarding. In conclusion, Project Winter offers a captivating blend of survival gameplay and social deception that delivers intense, memorable multiplayer experiences. Its emphasis on communication, trust, and betrayal creates a dynamic environment where alliances can shift rapidly and every decision matters. The combination of environmental challenges and player-driven intrigue ensures high replay value and ongoing tension. For those who enjoy games that test both strategic thinking and social instincts, Project Winter provides a chilling and exhilarating adventure that stands out in the crowded survival genre. онлайн упал до самого низа но игра лучшая
im and my friends argued for 30 minutes after the game because detective gave wrong information and made the traitor win, but the game was really fun
玩了遊戲後朋友沒有因此離我而去 因為從一開始就沒有可以一起玩的朋友 謝謝你讓我發現了這個事實
A great game with a dead community. If you got enough friends for an 8 player lobby, i recommend.
Dead game. Zero players online.
Terrible community. Dead game that deserved to die.
This is the most disgusting game I have ever played. Not because of the game itself, but because of the community, followed by the gameplay that supports white-knight cultism where anyone without a nasaly voice and undropped balls gets ostracized and exiled from the group in what is supposed to be a group-based game.
