Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.25/day in the week to Aug 3 → 2.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Pathologic 3 is a psychological horror game where you have only 12 days to save a town from a mysterious plague.
You are Daniil Dankovsky: physician, researcher, prodigy. Your research into the nature of death has brought you to this remote town deep in the eastern steppe, looking for a man said to be immortal.
But the outbreak of a deadly contagion sweeps through the town. The immortal man is dead. You failed to stop it.
Now you must return to the beginning. Fix your mistakes. Save the town.
Every minute counts. Save them all, discover the secrets of immortality... don't go mad in the process.
Bring your medical training to bear. Observation and knowledge are your tools. Work with patients face-to-face.
Examine the sick and make diagnoses. Each patient is a unique story — and a medical mystery. They may lie, omit the truth, or hide their motives. You must separate fact from fiction, and identify the real symptoms. Step by step, you'll get closer to developing a vaccine that could change everything.
Fight for every new day. Ensure the town's survival by imposing your own rules: enforce quarantines, confiscate precious medicine, vaccinate the population, suppress riots, deploy patrols, and declare curfews.
You will make mistakes, face their consequences, and unlock new decrees. Your actions will shape the town—even if the people grow to hate you for it. Power is in your hands. It's up to you whether the streets will see gunfire or fireworks.
Made a mistake? Go back, and fix it.
Time is your tool for navigating a narrative web filled with moral dilemmas and branching paths. Rewind if you think you could have done better. Keep your eye on your ultimate goal—even if the road there is paved with sacrifices.
How far will you go to find the truth? Your mental state directly affects your actions, and even how you interpret events. Falling into apathy or wandering into mania may lead you to new insights... or to your death.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox, GOG publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Pathologic is a story that demands telling, and I am so glad to be able to experience it through this medium. In all honesty it was less about the "gaming" aspect for me than it was about being put in the center of the narrative. As someone in the medical field, I derived great enjoyment from the diagnosis mechanic as I found it to be not far from how it goes IRL, and it definitely was one of the stronger parts in this game. This game lives in the intersection between philosophy, morality, metaphysics, and entertainment, which is an impressively rare place to find yourself in. I loved this game, flaws and all, just as much as I loved Pathologic 2, and for me it is not a comparison of how each one of them plays. They are two distinct experiences trying to tell the same story from different perspectives, and they adhere to the POV of the character you play as. I look forward to what the developers have in store for us next, and I hope we can finally get a look into the strange world of the elusive Changeling!

Отлично, интересно, свежо, классные впечатления. Минимум экшона, максимум сюжета, хотя и местами немного затянуто. Всем любителям интересных историй и сюжетов крайне рекомендую.
смерти больше нет
good game, good story
Now.. I loved P2 and i'm curious about this game. Sadly it crashes for me. I'm trying to pass the sequence where you have to light the bonfires and it crashes and i'm back in the cell... I'm trying to understand if there is any setting to avoid those crashing... still testing. Thumbs up because i love P2 and i love those who experiment with game logic. Also, my crashes my be caused by the fact that i have some CPU problems, not sure yet. For what i could play, the game is interesting at least.
Ледорубы справились со своей задачей Мор Утопия живёт Это очевидно
Reviewing every game I play in 2026 || Pathologic III Oh wow. Pathologic. Pathologic is... something special. Something about this story, about the setting, about the characters, about the way the gameplay brings it all together - this is a unique series of works that transcends the medium of video games. It's a philosophical exploration, it's incredibly poignant political commentary, it's a study of escapism, of human nature, it's brutal and doesn't hesitate to confront the player with the darkest aspects of humanity. It's dark and tragic and hopeless one minute and outrageously funny the next. There are no heroes in Pathologic. Neither are there villains. All there are is people trying to do what they must to survive. The characters are so well written they linger in the mind long after the game is played through. The worldbuilding is extremely compelling, integrating the magical and the mundane seamlessly in a world that I genuinely came to care about as I played. While Pathologic 2 told the story of The Plague in the Town-on-Ghorkon from the perspective of Artemy Burakh, Pathologic 3 gives us the perspective of Daniil Dankovsky, Bachelor of Medicine. Seeing the same story unfold from the perspectives of two people who are almost polar opposites in their personalities and motivations is a phenomenal experience, adding depth to the story and allowing the player to deepen their understanding of Pathologic's story and philosophical themes. The main mechanic in Pathologic 3 is time travel - after Pathologic 2 where time was the most important resource I was forever running out of that was an incredible move - gone was the stress of not being able to be everywhere I needed to be when I needed to be.... only to be replaced by the crippling anxiety of whether I was making the right decisions. Yes, sure, I could go back and fix things if my decisions didn't play out as planned, but what if that makes it worse? The time travel mechanic is well implemented and the 'mind map' showing the increasingly complex web of events and how my decisions shaped their outcomes is a useful albeit in late game increasingly chaotic and overwhelming tool. Things also tend to get a little glitchy in the later days after lots of back and forth in time which is understandable and I gotta say hats off to the devs for integrating all these different possible branches of narrative. In addition to the time travel, and in absence of the survival meters of the previous game, Pathologic 3 adds a really engaging and immersive patient diagnosis and treatment mechanic - honestly I would pay for a game that is just diagnosing and treating people it was so fun and rewarding. We're also having to carefully balance Daniil's mental state as he swings wildly between apathy and mania, and letting either get to extreme levels has some... interesting consequences that can harbour some very unexpected dark humour. The writing and especially the characters are, as in the previous game, nothing short of outstanding and I very quickly came to care deeply for not just Daniil but the entire cast. I can't wait to see what Ice Pick Lodge do with Pathologic 4 and the Changeling's story. VERDICT: It's not just a video game. It's a piece of art with a story and characters that will stay with the player for a long time. It's a must play for fans of the series, and highly recommended to those who are interested in exploring Pathologic - it's a lot less punishing than the previous games so it's a great entry point.
