Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.25/day in the week to Aug 3 → 2.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Pathologic 3 is a psychological horror game where you have only 12 days to save a town from a mysterious plague.
You are Daniil Dankovsky: physician, researcher, prodigy. Your research into the nature of death has brought you to this remote town deep in the eastern steppe, looking for a man said to be immortal.
But the outbreak of a deadly contagion sweeps through the town. The immortal man is dead. You failed to stop it.
Now you must return to the beginning. Fix your mistakes. Save the town.
Every minute counts. Save them all, discover the secrets of immortality... don't go mad in the process.
Bring your medical training to bear. Observation and knowledge are your tools. Work with patients face-to-face.
Examine the sick and make diagnoses. Each patient is a unique story — and a medical mystery. They may lie, omit the truth, or hide their motives. You must separate fact from fiction, and identify the real symptoms. Step by step, you'll get closer to developing a vaccine that could change everything.
Fight for every new day. Ensure the town's survival by imposing your own rules: enforce quarantines, confiscate precious medicine, vaccinate the population, suppress riots, deploy patrols, and declare curfews.
You will make mistakes, face their consequences, and unlock new decrees. Your actions will shape the town—even if the people grow to hate you for it. Power is in your hands. It's up to you whether the streets will see gunfire or fireworks.
Made a mistake? Go back, and fix it.
Time is your tool for navigating a narrative web filled with moral dilemmas and branching paths. Rewind if you think you could have done better. Keep your eye on your ultimate goal—even if the road there is paved with sacrifices.
How far will you go to find the truth? Your mental state directly affects your actions, and even how you interpret events. Falling into apathy or wandering into mania may lead you to new insights... or to your death.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox, GOG publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

I also kick garbage cans when I need a little pick-me-up.
Yes
While many systems in this game are half-baked (Shabnak, City Management, Time Travel). the strength of the narrative and worldbuilding coupled with the systems that do work (Permanent Choices, Diagnoses, Story Quests) are more than enough to counterbalance its faults and provide an experience that, while inferior to Pathologic 2, is a solid 8/10 and a great game. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys complex narratives or the Pathologic setting.

good
Daniil Dankovsky and Timothee Chalamet are correct, cinema is the superior art form.
Great entry point to the Pathologic series for new players as unlike it's predecessors this game is easier to beat as it got rid of the survival mechanics such as hunger and thirst and replaced with apathy and mania that decides whether the Bachelor dies of heart attack or suicide as opposed to starvation (instead of food you have to kick dumpsters and water pumps to stimulate the Bachelor onto Mania otherwise dude gets depressed and kills himself if you don't do it, that and consume poison for some reason) and it's time travel mechanics voids any kind of punishment previous entries had (in Pathologic 2 if you missed a crucial task/conversation on a given day then the next day or day after the consequences of that would surface, this happens here too of course but its not irreversible as you can just rewind a day and choose to remove a consequence or multiple consequences in one go). That is to say that the game isn't without consequences completely, your lifeline in this game is Amalgam which is a resource used for time travel and resurrection. Die enough times and you won't be able to jump more than 1 day or if you die too much you will not be able to even have any and cause a game over. The problem is that there is too much of it that you don't feel like you have to be overly careful with how you play, you can be as reckless as you want and there will be enough lifelines that the game tosses your way to void your recklessness. All in all, if you are someone who heard that Pathologic games are there to kick your ass and beat you while you're down, this entry isn't it, if you want a challenge I recommend Pathologic 1 and 2. If you are someone who is just interested in the weirdness of Pathologic story/lore while experiencing it on easy mode then this game is for you. Personally I like it, its a good enough entry but I wish it was more of a challenge.
Pathologic 3 is still Pathologic. At the same time, this is a play, a challenge, an unobvious, hard, and unforgiving game. Icepick Lodge did the entirely new play and the same story again, the new story and the same vibes, the new feelings and the same game, simultaneously. Literally simultaneously. The only thing I could wish is a better graphics, Pathologic 2 was great and Pathologic 3 likely didn't make a step further.
