Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.25/day in the week to Aug 3 → 2.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Pathologic 3 is a psychological horror game where you have only 12 days to save a town from a mysterious plague.
You are Daniil Dankovsky: physician, researcher, prodigy. Your research into the nature of death has brought you to this remote town deep in the eastern steppe, looking for a man said to be immortal.
But the outbreak of a deadly contagion sweeps through the town. The immortal man is dead. You failed to stop it.
Now you must return to the beginning. Fix your mistakes. Save the town.
Every minute counts. Save them all, discover the secrets of immortality... don't go mad in the process.
Bring your medical training to bear. Observation and knowledge are your tools. Work with patients face-to-face.
Examine the sick and make diagnoses. Each patient is a unique story — and a medical mystery. They may lie, omit the truth, or hide their motives. You must separate fact from fiction, and identify the real symptoms. Step by step, you'll get closer to developing a vaccine that could change everything.
Fight for every new day. Ensure the town's survival by imposing your own rules: enforce quarantines, confiscate precious medicine, vaccinate the population, suppress riots, deploy patrols, and declare curfews.
You will make mistakes, face their consequences, and unlock new decrees. Your actions will shape the town—even if the people grow to hate you for it. Power is in your hands. It's up to you whether the streets will see gunfire or fireworks.
Made a mistake? Go back, and fix it.
Time is your tool for navigating a narrative web filled with moral dilemmas and branching paths. Rewind if you think you could have done better. Keep your eye on your ultimate goal—even if the road there is paved with sacrifices.
How far will you go to find the truth? Your mental state directly affects your actions, and even how you interpret events. Falling into apathy or wandering into mania may lead you to new insights... or to your death.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox, GOG publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Cool that you're playing game in the same setting, but the stories and attitude toward ending are different. Gameplay is still interesting. Warm to meet known characters from another perspective. Haruspex ending felt more emotional though. Russian voicing is awesome

I am honestly sad I can't recommend this... Its insane how much of a downscale this is from 2... I am afraid the series is doomed because this will definitely not gain new fans. I am so sorry, but literally everything is removed! This is not an open world game and there is no freedom. -no stealth -you can't enter houses -no hobo economy -no scale if people like you in a district or not -the town feels lifeless honestly -I could go on... And I HATE traveling between districts, it breaks the game apart for me... "I WANT TO DO THAT" that is the only thing I am thinking about when I see Dankovsky going around on the map. I am sad... These are not questions of money. I do not think I will finish this, because it just feel lifeless honestly. My problem is not with the experimentation, I am okay with handholding and not dying because of hunger in two hours, but that the game is poorly made. Loading screens between 2 minutes of gameplay if I need to pass a district? Seriously? Why fast travel is not optional? The town feels so much smaller in general! There is not much to explore since the hobo economy system was not replaced with anything. I am glad we do not have to fight our way through stupid crowds and they lay down if you point a GUN at them, but now there is basically no stealth either, enemies notice me a mile away, and I have no option to evade. I am glad that we have this game of course, but it is definitely not an improvement, if anything it is a downgrade from a technical point of view. And no, I do not want the same game as I said, but I did want a better game. I will finish the game because if you really like this thing you are in for the story not for the mechanics but still... I hope if we will get a Changeling timeline it will be much better than this, but I definitely won't rush to get it.
slow torture
Basically, unless you're a fan of the first two games I would stay away. There's something interesting here with the setting, story and time travel, however, thats it The survival mechanics are beyond tedious, even for this type of game. Endless backtracking is needed to do the simplest task. The plague districts arent fun to be in, you'll just want to sprint through them every time you enter one. And the optimization is pretty bad on a higher on PC
