Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

Latest in each market: best CN #31, worst CA #98 · 14 markets collected
US · last 30 days
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 374.86/day in the week to Aug 26 → 398.29/day in the week after.
Of the 14 markets with a position on both sides, 6 climbed and 8 fell. The same sale, the same day, opposite directions — which is why nothing here is averaged into a single arrow, and why one sale is not a trend.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

awesome.
Palworld is a concept that shouldn't under any circumstances be as fun as it is. The idea of capturing monsters isn't anything new in the video game world, but doing so with the aid of high powered firearms, compound bows, and explosive devices certainly adds an angle that makes it stand out from some of its competitors. I won't lie, when I first heard about this game four or five years back from the writing of this, I believed it was a joke given a life of its own, but I stuck with the thought since I thought it would be fun, and to be honest it really was. Exploring such a large and ever-expanding area like the Palapagos Islands and seeing what new and interesting creatures with punny names waited to be added to my base roster and/or Pal enhancement pipelines has been a bit of a small joy, and seeing just how much more of the world was waiting to be explored has put a smile on my face. Finding ancient blueprints to create even more powerful weapons and putting my own happy servants/friends to work building my tools of destruction makes me feel like the progress I'm making has real payoffs. Combat is fluid and being able to do things like dodge and reload at the same time is very convenient. Having your Pal out to take heat and damage a bigger target and strategically withdrawing them to keep them from banging up whatever you want to catch - be that Pal or otherwise - has you actually considering what you want to do before you get into fights. Sure, rolling into the nearest Syndicate base and annihilating its defending force with your Level 50 Chillet is nice, but sometimes you may lose that Lucky Pal you found because you didn't swap out at the right time, or stuck with your Level 3 Single Shot Rifle instead of swapping to the crossbow for chip damage to raise that capture percentage just a little higher. I've never been much for automation crafting. I see stuff like Factorio and my mind turns to moosh, so I like that I have some degree of direct control over what gets created and when and even gently nudging where the finished products go so I can share my resources between my bases. Things like the Guild Crate are a godsend. I'm glad they're continuing to add things as time goes on; it makes the crafting experience great. Build bases that specialize in certain things to make the ultimate monster-catching/capping supply chain, or have bases that are more or less good at everything or are vibe builds, like your very own Happy Camp full of Human bounty targets where they work off their debt to society. Hey it's not my fault they have a capture percentage. You don't want me to try, don't put it in the game. I still occasionally find some of the same problems I had when I played during the Early Access time a couple of years back, like occasionally stuck Pals in bases and a bit of movement jank out in the map, but these things are few and far between. Finding that perfect Pal that is just good enough to be specialized in a task like Kindling or Manufacturing adds another journey alongside your own. I know some people say it boils down to these being monsters that are pawns to your ascent to greatness and that is true, but at the same time I love looking at that Level 5 Rooby that you helped make into a Kindling 10 Blast Furnace. You build a connection and you can't tell me otherwise. Best part is with the trait system, it won't ever be the same game twice. I will forever want some of the vision that we saw in the early reveal trailers, such as the highways, the floating castles, the heavy advanced infrastructure down to orbital/ballistic infrastructure, vehicles like the carriages, and things like your professionally trained Cattiva EOD specialist but it seems Pocketpair is moving at their own pace. Honestly, why shouldn't they, they've done a real fine job making a solid experience. They've made a real fun game with a memorable cast of monsters with their own personalities. I've always been of the opinion that the popularity of a game can be based on the quantity of memes and... and something else - I forgot what that was. Fact of the matter is we have plenty of it in spades. Palworld has a place in gaming history now, not only from Pocketpair's legal victories, those are besides the point, but that they've made something that stands on its own. For the price and for the amount of time you'll get out of this, yeah, I will recommend this game. May it have a long and glorious run, and Pocketpair deserves every single last cent of this success.
yeah
