Outhold is a short, strategic incremental game that blends tower defense with a deep meta-progression. Experiment with builds and find overpowered synergies to defend the dwindling fires of Outhold.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.43/day in the week to Aug 25 → 3.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I quite like tower defence. and I like incremental. but this game feels stale and tedious pretty quick. Instead of building up incrementally at the end, it will force you into smaller builds to beat challenges- basically the opposite of incremental. The colours on the upgrade tree are a bit annoying because it's a bit difficult to see what's fully upgraded or not. I found myself constantly going over each block. It's made worse that the colours of the upgrades differ by type. I think they would be better if they just greyed out (or added opacity to) fully upgraded nodes. a couple upgrade paths felt genuinely like a downgrade, most notably with the heavy arrows for example.
Simple in the best way possible, just tower-defense executed extremely well

Очень комфортная и расслабляющая игра для времяпровождения. 10 из 10 престижей :)
I didn't like it. It felt like only specific builds would allow you to progress, and the game was just a slog to play. Not fun imo. If you give it a try, I hope you have more fun with it than I did.
A very pleasant game to sink a couple of evenings into. I liked the upgrade system - gradually unlocking improvements, and the need in the endgame to respec your upgrades to meet the goals the game sets for you. Essentially, it's a classic tower defense with nice minimalist graphics, a very laid‑back pace, and well‑thought‑out progression. Just what you need after a workday - the game never rushes you, letting you make weighed decisions at your own pace. As for downsides, the amount of content is, of course, the main one - I'd love to see more maps, tower types, upgrades, etc., but that's a point you could make about pretty much any game. I recommend it - a solid representative of the genre.
多周目体验究极差,实际可游玩内容不足,锁死技能树还挂增量的牌子挂羊头卖狗肉
игра хорошая но довольно короткая компания

Wouldn't buy it full price, just because of the lack of replayability IMO. However, getting this game on sale is a good choice. Simple, effective, and perfectly addicting without overstaying its welcome. Took around 12 hours to 100%, though that includes messing around with some stuff like endless mode beyond what was required. Easy completionist badge, and well worth $5-$7 depending on region/sale discount.
