Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Aug 15 → 2.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I'd rate it a 3.5/5 stars, its a decent game and has allowed me and my dad to play more games, we used to play OMD2 back in the day, but this has really brough back those memories in a new and refreshing way. I still think this game is missing a lot of content, and just isn't as optimised as it could be. I'm experiencing a bit of lag, and playing this game hurts my eyes. But I'd still recommend it if you just want a game to play with friends or family, especially if its on sale.
e bem legal, Apesar de não corrigirem todos os bugs ainda

i really dont see what people dont like about this game. this is my favourite orcs must die game
Spent a a majority of my time on this game with friends, with most of my solo playtime spent exploring how some interactions worked. I had a great time with this game, especially since my group was looking for a mid-sized group co-op pve game. This game really filled that void. Honestly, it has a great foundation. A lot of good memories were made while playing this. However, that's kind of where the praise ends. I really wanted to squeeze more hours out of this. The orcs must die formula is there, yes, but the roguelike elements feel like they threw in a little bit more than the minimum required to call it a roguelike. I wish they leaned harder into the roguelike genre of the game. Every normal mode run is basically an endless mode with no real goal in sight. Enemy scaling is just bigger hp bars, deal more damage maybe. Difficulty increase is just a numbers increase for the enemies. The creativity is severely lacking in that department. Instead of that, I was hoping for something like more enemy variety, different enemy behaviors, maybe new attacks. I'm not against increased hp values or enemies hitting harder, but if that's all there is, then I've already experienced all the game has to offer. The thread system is alright. I had my fun with the initial "wow" factor on discovering new threads. But I would much rather have something similar to systems used in other successful roguelikes. Perhaps thread rarities. Or maybe a selection of unique threads near the beginning of the run that are somewhat build-defining. I'm not saying the current thread system bad, but there's a lot of room for improvement. A lot. The maps are good, I think. Only so many of the maps feel "free," but I think it's good to have these kinds of "breather" maps once in a while. I wouldn't want to be fighting for my life the whole time. However, picking the next map to go to is pretty boring. In my experience, I've heavily preferred the smaller maps when they introduced them. The game went by much faster and we didn't have to wait for spawns to reach our setups. I do, however, really enjoy having corrupted maps. Forcing me to not be able to repeat my "go to" strategy for each map and having to be creative. I really like that. I think the biggest flaw, though, is the lack of an "end" to a run. I would like an end goal to a session. Some sort of climax. I don't think there are many successful roguelikes out there whose main game mode is just endless. It gets mind numbing after progressing so far. I never really feel like I've "made it" or "overcome a challenge." It's always "I feel strong, but the enemies take so long to kill now that I kinda don't feel strong anymore." Unless the game vastly improves its core systems, I can't find myself recommending this game. Perhaps for a few game nights with some friends, but it'll eventually get tedious and like a chore to play the later levels if you progress far enough. I was hoping to get some enjoyment out of this game in the long run. Unfortunately with the way this game has been treated, I don't think I'll be able to.
Loved the former Orcs must die! Tried it when it was discounted did not enjoy. Even the graphics are bad.
