In OPERATOR, you will play as an elite Tier 1 operator undergoing dangerous clandestine operations all across the globe. With a strategic, measured, and unforgiving style of gameplay. OPERATOR aims to be the ultimate tactical shooter with total realism in mind. Featuring realistic weapon handling, ballistics, injury, gore, and active ragdolls.
In OPERATOR, what you see is what you get... literally. We’ve redefined first-person gameplay by ensuring the first-person perspective is seamlessly connected to your character in the world. Unlike traditional FPS games, where floating viewmodels represent your hands and weapons, OPERATOR renders your character’s full body in the first-person view. Every movement, every action, and every detail you see is exactly as it would appear to any other player in the environment. Leaning around a corner or aiming your weapon feels natural because it’s not an isolated animation—it’s procedural, simulating your character moving in the world. Physically Interacting with doors, your weapons occupying realistic space, you need to take every small detail into consideration when operating downrange.
OPERATOR also has a fully in-depth and unique adjustable crouch, lean and stance system. Using your mouse to finely control the exact angle you need. No more over lean or over crouching, the perfect angle is in your grasp. In addition to this we have implemented a high and low ready system for your firearms to rest your arm stamina and to avoid flagging fellow operators in the field. With in depth weapon collision systems, variable movement speed, manual operation of firearms, shoulder tapping, physical door interactions and plently more fine details OPERATOR has many unique and innovative mechanics not seen in any other tactical shooter.
When operating downrange, you’re just one cog in a machine. Work with your fellow operators to achieve mission success all over the globe. Your success hinges on seamless coordination and communication, from urban close-quarters combat to wide-open terrain in hostile environments, teamwork is the key to survival and victory.
Your weapon isn’t just a tool—it’s a reflection of the way you operate.
Use a wide range of weapon attachments to personalize your firearm and tune it to whatever your mission might require. Strip the gun down to the receiver and build it from the ground up. No limitations. You define what's tactical.
The battlefield is in your hands. Use the environment to your advantage, along with a diverse range of special purpose tools and assets, such as tactical grenades, battering rams, hammers, and an ISR feed with thermal imagery continuously informing you on the atmospherics inside your Area of Operations.
The laptop located in the armory is where you plan out and execute your missions, offering full control over your missions and tactical planning. From here, you can select active operations or dive into simulation mode to refine your skills.
Choose from a variety of high-stakes, real-world missions around the globe. Use pre-gathered intelligence to influence your planning, and get a full picture of the area of operation. Decide on your ingress specifics, including the time of day and infiltration point, ensuring you have the perfect setup for your team’s strategy.
After completing every operation you can choose to replay them using the simulation mode in the tactical operations hub. This mode also allows you to change the parameters of the mission including enemy count, enemy difficulty and more.
Also under the simulations category are the PVP “Force on Force” game modes, where you can fight your friends in multiple different settings. Being both casual and competitive it can deliver a whole other perspective of being an operator.
Dive into the PvP modes, where every match is fast, intense, and tactical. Team Deathmatch rewards cooperation and strategy, while Free-for-All puts your individual skills to the test. With fluid mechanics and dynamic maps, OPERATOR offers both casual fun and competitive thrills, ensuring every match is a high-stakes challenge.
Refine your skills at the shooting range including a fully randomised shoot house. Randomising the layout and targets active including non targets. With a built in timer and history of previous runs you can see yourself improve in real time.

Don't know why I even bought this game! Why? because I love these types -- but my God right from the start it was irritating...the reloading mechanics are just a joke -- and the lack of ammo or having to get all initially in the shop is ridiculous -- the aiming with so many of the guns, also a joke; running is a joke! I thought ok, maybe this will be like the old Rainbox Six games which were great -- but SINGLE PLAY, the game is TRASH -- with others probably a different story -- regardless, I did an IMMEDIATE REFUND!
Another FPS shooter lacking ability to change aim down sight sensitivity

This is just a clunky autistic ready or not with a terrible UI and even worse controls
-I get into the game -I grab weapons and mod them for half an hour -I die in my first encounter because I didn't chamber a round 10/10 satisfying when I actually manage to kill someone
There comes a point where a game tries to be so complex it becomes utterly unplayable and dreary. Operator managed to find that mark and still push for more complexity.
крутая игра тока американцам не нравица что я стреляю на cqb сервре в дом с гранатомета а ак приколно
so i get killed in pitch black darkness , suppresor on and going super tactical mode clear before move but when i shoot the first guard then BOOM all AI knows how to see me in the dark and knows where i am. can devs plz fix this ♥♥♥♥ ?
If your PC can play GTA 5 and Ready or Not, it can / should be able to handle this game too. It's not (yet?) fully optimized and most of my settings for my old PC are set on low, but it does not reduce the overall gameplay, If this thing gets an editor, it could be very quickly one on one with Arma 3, at least in my opinion. The missions are not at all perfect but playable and gives a great hint for the future features. NVG with ECOTI, awesome and FINALLY an easy to change offsetting for the weapons when not aiming, because of that sometimes I even dont use the aim-key but just raise the rifle from low-ready and I see my reticule - this feels very natural and enables me to react much faster . I wrote to the developer, especially about this long wanted feature: make it adjustable and savable for each weapon (easy for canted sights) not just a general setting (some weapons are just to different). I just love it. If you did not yet, try it now! Help the developers and if you have not done it yet, write to them to give every weapon the X, Y offset PLUS rotation. <3
