[SPOILERS FOR THE ENTIRE GAME STORY AHEAD, DON'T READ IF YOU DON'T WANT SPOILERS] Easily one of the best games I've ever played. Where do I even start? (Also, I've played this game for over 135 hours total, most of my hours are on console) First of all, the storyline is quite good, especially with the game's humor. Randy's theme is absolutely amazing, so props to Jim Guthrie for that. Some of the story highlights for me are in the side quests, actually. I really enjoy the Pony Love quest once you beat the Horse Mines demi-dungeon early on mainly because it just reads like fanfiction which I do quite enjoy. The Fish Mage overthrowing Alistair in the New L.O.W. was great and 100% justified and the storyline with the Thieves Guild and the family dynamic is quite interesting. The reveal of Nostramagus/Nobody's backstory was great and Astrolabus turning out to be the good guy is definitely a bit of a plot twist. The recurring joke with Marty Joe trying to find the missing piece of the teleporter is pretty funny to me, especially the second one, since it's quite literally a pipe. The reveal that Nobody is actually Nostramagus is a HUGE plot twist and flips the game on its head in some ways, especially since the hat gives you more quests, and therefore access to more forms, and more abilities. The best part of the story in my opinion is at the final boss, where the Calamity is revealed to be a huge eldritch horror - something you'd probably find in an ancient tomb, or something. I also like Randy's character arc of becoming more independent and breaking away from Nostramagus is pretty interesting, culminating in being the only reason that the Calamity even was defeated in the first place. Overall the story is very good, though not one of my personal favorite things about the game. Secondly, the mechanics. The way that you unlock new abilities and new forms makes for a fantastic gameplay loop, especially since you have to experiment with many abilities which will often lead to interesting combos and builds, like the Turtle Power quest that has you deal Impact damage with the Turtle's Hell Shell and Bodybuilder's Strongman. This actually inspired me to make a build focused around Strongman using things like Water Spray, Razor Claw, (from the Impossible Dungeon free update) and Consume, which can deal knockback damage for some reason. There are so many different builds you can try, and pretty much every form is useful in some way and has their own place, even Nobody and the Egg! This review is getting long enough so I'll end this off on one final note. The Impossible Dungeon. The Impossible Dungeon is one of my favorite things about this game. The endless floors are one thing, but the tons of possible modifiers and a whole new form and characters make it just amazing. The replay value is incredibly high and there's even a whole new form in the Dino. Plus, the statue mechanic actually gives completionists like myself an incentive to play it even more. This game is one of my favorites of all time, and I can't wait to play even more of it. Thank you, Drinkbox Studios.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Yeah...its good
