Mount & Blade: Warband (Kısa Özet) Hikaye (6/10): Ortada bir senaryo yok, sadece metin kutuları var. Sistem tamamen "kendi hikayeni kendin yaz" mantığıyla çalışıyor. Kalradya'da sıradan bir çulsuzdan, krallığa uzanan o rotayı tamamen sen inşa ediyorsun. Oynanış ve Taktik (9/10): Siyasi ilişkiler, ticaret yolları, yoldaş yönetimi ve ordu kurma... Oyunun arkasındaki temel döngü o kadar sağlam kurgulanmış ki, saatlerce başından kalkamıyorsun. Düzlükte Svadya Şövalyeleri ile düşman piyadelerini ezmenin veya Sarranid Memlükleri ile hat yarmamın taktiksel tatmini hala zirvede. Vuruş Hissi ve Savaş (9/10): Yönlü dövüş sistemi dönemine göre bir devrimdi. Hareketler robotik olsa da, at üstünde tam hızla giderken indirilen o "kargılanmış vuruş" hasarı veya arbedede indirilen kılıç darbesi oyuncuya inanılmaz tok bir mekanik geri bildirim veriyor. Grafikler ve Performans (7/10): Çıktığı 2010 yılında bile görsel olarak gerideydi, şu an kaplamalar tamamen çamur gibi hissettirebilir. Ancak oyunun ana şeyi grafik vs olmadığı için o kadar da göze batmıyor bence Genel Puan: 7.5/10

There is little I can say about Mount and Blade Warband that hasn't been said before. MBW is a game that demands much out of one man, you. In this game you will start with humble beginnings and carve a path of your own making into the stories of legend. You will be challenged not only in the field of combat but also in the ways of army management, financial literacy, and global political strategy. Live a life of a nomadic war chief, unaligned with the greater powers of the world, fighting for the wealth of your band of mercs, or fight neath the banner of a well established lord and appease his court and crush his enemies in hopes of rising through the ranks and becoming a lord yourself. Learning trade is paramount to success as an army can only run smoothly if oiled with consistent cash flow. Become a master of both ranged and melee weapons to aid and lead your forces in the battlefield. Learn how to move squads of infantry, calvary, and archers to most effectively decimate your foes. Although MBW is a game with stats, there are some skills that are only learned over time and practice, making it an endlessly satisfying game. There are a plethora of mods that are total conversions for mount and blade warband, changing the setting, weaponry, units, and map. Anything from Star Wars to the Russian Civil War. Mount and Blade is an excellent single player experience that should not be looked over for fans of PC gaming, despite its age.
