Reviews
Dear Miscreated Development Team, I would like to share some honest and constructive feedback as a player who has followed and played Miscreated for approximately eight or nine years. My intention is not to criticize for the sake of criticizing, but rather to offer the perspective of someone who genuinely appreciates the game, recognizes its potential, and would truly like to see it grow again. Miscreated has always had something that many survival games failed to achieve: its own identity. The atmosphere, the sense of exploration, the survival mechanics, the constant tension, and the world you have created are elements that made many players fall in love with the project from its earliest versions. However, I also believe the game has reached a point where it needs a deeper renewal if it wants to attract players again and compete in a genre that has evolved significantly over the years. The recent updates show that development is still ongoing, which is certainly positive. However, from the perspective of a veteran player, many of the changes implemented do not create a real sense of transformation when actually playing the game. Improvements and fixes are important, but they are often difficult to notice in a meaningful way. When a game is trying to bring back former players and attract new ones, it is important for changes to be visible, impactful, and capable of clearly demonstrating that the project is moving forward. One of the most important areas, in my opinion, is technological modernization. I understand that migrating to a modern engine such as Unreal Engine 5 would be an enormous undertaking and may not be realistic in the short term. Nevertheless, I believe Miscreated needs to start thinking about a significant technical evolution. Certain visual aspects and technical limitations are beginning to feel outdated compared to current standards within the survival genre. The user interface also deserves attention. Today's players are accustomed to modern, intuitive, and accessible interfaces. A major UI overhaul would not only improve the user experience but would also help communicate a stronger sense of progression and modernization. Performance is another critical issue. There are still areas of the map where FPS can vary dramatically depending on where the player is looking or how many assets are present in a given area. This creates an inconsistent experience that can be frustrating even for players with powerful hardware. I believe optimization should remain one of the highest priorities moving forward. In addition, implementing modern technologies such as DLSS, FSR, and other upscaling and frame-generation solutions would greatly benefit the game. These technologies have become industry standards and allow a wider range of players to achieve better performance without sacrificing visual quality. Their inclusion would help Miscreated take advantage of modern hardware and deliver a more competitive experience. I also feel that the game needs more content capable of keeping players engaged for longer periods. I am not simply referring to additional items or isolated mechanics, but rather to systems, events, activities, and objectives that provide long-term reasons for players to keep returning. Another important point is community support. Survival games often remain alive for years thanks to content created by their communities. Providing better modding tools, expanding server customization options, and allowing server administrators greater freedom to create unique experiences could generate a tremendous amount of content without relying solely on the development team. I also believe it would be beneficial to study successful ideas implemented by other games within the genre. Learning from the successes of other projects does not mean losing Miscreated's identity. On the contrary, it helps avoid mistakes that others have already made and allows the adoption of solutions that have already proven effective. The key is adapting those ideas while preserving the unique qualities that make Miscreated special. From a business perspective, there are also opportunities to expand the player base. Exploring a console release, evaluating the possibility of joining services such as Xbox Game Pass, offering strategic discounts during major sales events, and investing in stronger marketing campaigns could expose the game to thousands of potential players who may not currently be aware of its existence. Communication also plays a vital role. Players need to see that the project is evolving. More development updates, behind-the-scenes showcases, progress reports, gameplay previews, and trailers highlighting meaningful improvements would help generate excitement and rebuild confidence within the community. I do not know how many people are currently working on Miscreated. It may be a small team, or perhaps developers who have returned to the project after difficult years. Regardless, I believe it would be a mistake to give up on a game with so much potential. Miscreated still possesses qualities that many players remember fondly and a survival experience that remains genuinely enjoyable even today. My goal with this message is not to diminish the work that has been done so far. Quite the opposite. The reason I am taking the time to write this feedback is because I believe Miscreated still has a future. However, I also believe that future depends on the game's ability to modernize, improve optimization, adopt new technologies, increase its visibility, and deliver changes that players can clearly see and appreciate. As someone who has supported this project for many years, I would love to see Miscreated grow again, rebuild an active community, and become a strong name within the survival genre once more. The potential is there. What is needed now is the vision and ambition to fully realize it. Thank you for continuing to work on the game and for listening to the community's feedback.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Played this game for quite a while. It had so much potential to become a very popular game, especially in terms of RP. Too bad it died.
Big mistake for me ever buying this game, I had high hopes but devs just completely abandoned ship. Stay away.
Dead game, no players, no proper updates for more than 5 years. Don't buy.
R.I.P.
This game smells really bad, the devs ditched the game and spent the "earnings" on nose candy.
Wow, abandoned, sadge
Jeu mort ? Dernier "event" 2 décembre 2020 ? Dernière màj "MINEURE" fin janvier 2023 ? Bon bah voilà, finito !
