Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 395.5/day in the week to Jul 15 → 5.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Snake sendo Snake em mais um MGS
Probably the best MGS overall, worked great with mouse and keyboard. The definition of a great prequel. Great soundtrack, expected in this series.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 31: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Enjoyed The Snake I Ate
Gooning 007 Masterclass poulet
Really good and also surprisingly relevant today. I REALLY miss mgs2's alert system though. The stealth in this game is very very frustrating because of the near telepathic guards (only in very rare cases does a takedown after being spotted drop the alert, it feels almost random to me. 80% of the time every guard instantly knows where you are.). The controls are also wayyy more finickey than mgs2, I frequently get stuck when crawling and stalking for hold ups and grabs is just so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ boring, I get that running up to an enemy is a little on the nose, but its way more fun than this games overly observant guards. The bosses are also very disappointing. (boss spoilers below)
played on normal and I one tried Ocelot, Pain, Fear, two tried End, two tried Fury, one tried Sorrow, three tried Volgin, and one tried both Shagohod fights. The boss was the *only* fight that put up really any resistance on normal AND EVEN THAT WAS EASILY BREATABLE NON LETHAL ONCE I REALIZED YOU CAN STEALTH WITH THE SNOW SUIT AND MOSIN. The stealth was 100% harder than the bosses this go around. And the bosses I found fun were Ocelot, Fury, Volgin, and The Boss. The rest are tedious and boringly easy (or just boringly straightforward and simple.) Very few gimmicks in the bosses compared to 2 and 1. (I love the motorcycle scenes with EVA though, infinite ammo and rocket spam is really fun, first Shagohod phase is great for that reason too.)
The story is incredible in this one, maybe a little less thought provoking than 2's when alls said and done, but it is still very interesting to see the origins of the Big Boss. Unfortunately, I really am not very fond of the characters you can speak to on the codec this time around, Major Zero is... ok? he feels like a billboard for where you have to go whenever you speak to him, and has no real interesting moments unlike Campbell from 1/2. Paramedic is cute, and I like the movie talk when saving, but mei ling from 1 is 10000% more enjoyable. And I talked to Sigint like 3 times, really never needed to talk to him. All in all I'd give this game a solid 7/10
Que absoluto juegazo, completamente divertido. Me doy cuenta de que el Delta no le hace ni pizca de justicia.
