Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 36.14/day in the week to Jul 22 → 49.38/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 17 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,502 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Likes: The gameplay is fun and the aspect of PVPVE is what attracted me to this game. It can be played solo but best played with friends. Get a regular team of 3 and become unstoppable. Dislikes: I wish content got pushed out faster. I appreciate the dev team taking their time with new maps and guns etc but the update cycle is a little askew

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 4: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This game is dying, not because its a horrible game but because the developers can't manage to fit the narrative of the OG marathon game. I love playing this game but the way things are going, it probably will end up being something that had potential but turned out to be left behind. I love the Enemy AI, the gunplay and the art, but that doesn't really matter when every other game contains sweats or people that already have prestige gear.
classic bungie gunplay in tandem with what i think is the most balanced take on the extraction shooter genre is what makes this game really stand out. even outside of gameplay, the art direction and story of this game is something that i've never seen before. it's hard to get off the ground, but once you cross that line and understand how outpost and cryo works, this game is incredible
Kaşlarının arasından dom dom kurşunu değdi. Bin avcı vurdu beni bin avcı beni yedi.
My favorite game in years and it's not a close competition. Such a unique experience in so many ways, beginning with the visual and sound design, Tau Ceti IV looks both unlike any other sci-fi world I've ever explored in a videogame and yet still feels immersive, lived-in, and real. The attention to detail in the environments, the bits of visual storytelling, the alien environments, the claustrophobic architecture with its many hidden nooks and passageways, and the ever-present sounds of the world around you all combine to create a fantastic setting. I love the core loop of the game, I love dropping in, sneaking around, and getting out with what I can. Even after 100 hours every exfil attempt still feels risky and exciting. The movement and gunplay is fantastic: You've got a range of weapons which each look and feel unique, and the abilities of the different runner shells each open up different possibilities and playstyles. Shooting it out with UESC bots and other runners alike just feels great. Finally I'm super invested in the lore and progressing the story and my character is satisfying. Contracts give you a decent range of tasks to complete and I'm excited each time I get a new piece of lore or audio log unlocked in the codex by turning one in or exfiltrating a rare item. Really looking forward to uncovering more of the mystery of the story in future seasons. Cannot recommend Marathon enough, no shooter has captured my interest like this in a very long time.
A very good game with much content and an amazing gun play. Most of the haters have never really experienced the game and just talk trash.
great game!
Mid. Player interactions are short, sparse, and uninteresting. Kind of has the same problem OG Fortnite had where 90% of the time you're just looting and nothing's going on.
