I am 32 years old. My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old. When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing. Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side. With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay. After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like. Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends. Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together. Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that. Thank you.

Serious some of the best and most frustrating fun I've had in years, this feel exactly like an oldschool snes game.
A cute and rarther enjoyable game if you are ever looking for just a fun and not to long single player game this is it!
This game is only for the child. Звездный avoid-up.
Just finished the game and here it is folks. This game above anything speaks on a level of Daoism. If you want a game where it makes you question yourself in this universe, please buy this game. The sidekick/narrator has this calm voice that should be giving lectures at a planetarium. The game itself is stunning and it's something that you would want as a free floating mode and just cruise through the cosmos. Onward to the game-play. The control's are what you would expect in a null gravity environment. Remember, you are a spaceman doing an EVA with a single point thrust source. You will have directional lag, so don't expect pin point control. The "warp zones" are everywhere, but that does not mean you have to use them. The walls are hazards, the space is a hazard, everything is a hazard. Everything is trying to kill you, even you are trying to kill you. That's the charm, picture the movie "Gravity"...but better... I will not give away the story, but I will say this about this added feature. The music... If any of you have ever played the game Rochard, the music made it top tier. This game should be talked about more and the music is the X-factor behind it. Some levels, the music makes your pulse pumping, and you just want to throttle full speed and damn any hazards. Other levels, the music dials you back. The composer, you sir...I tip my hat to you. I got this game during a sale, but knowing what I know about it now, I would have paid full price. I will be playing the 2nd game of this title in the next 48 hours. If they ever make a 3rd, I would sell my kidney to be one of the beta tester's on it.

Casual gaming with great vibes. Play at your own speed for the most part and enjoy all the charming quirkiness.
Well, sorry for spoiling, but I beat the game in 4 hours. I gotta say though, the experience was worth it. This game tells a really cool story and has really polished gameplay. It is also somewhat challenging and not just, faceroll boring. TL DR: Totally worth a buy.
Lost Orbit is a joy to play. It's challenging in all the right ways, and never fails to raise a smile as you guide the ever-cheerful Harrison on his way back home. It's a shame there isn't more content to enjoy, as the hair-raising speeds mean it all ends far too quickly, but it's a minor complaint when the content that is there is of this quality. Pretty, fast, and fun, Lost Orbit makes it sound like being lost in space might not be all bad after all. Read my full review here: http://www.hookedgamers.com/pc/lost_orbit/review/article-1479.html
This isn't usually the type of game I go for, originally was shown it by a friend and was intrigued by the narrative and the music. Bought it and really enjoyed it just for the story telling as you play through! I will be playing the new version when it is released in July.
