Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
About
Darkness descends over the world of Nostria. Conspiracies, sabotage, and necromancy are overshadowing the country. But maybe a saviour – the kingdom's last hope – is already here, to fight back and finally restore peace and order in Nostria!
King’s Bounty II is the long-awaited sequel to the legendary King’s Bounty video games franchise, one of the most iconic representatives of the turn-based RPG genre. Expanding on this legacy with an entirely new epic story, factions, enemies, and new features to forge an open and breaking fantasy world Antara. With the kingdoms in disarray, counties demanding independence, bandits prowl the roads, all the overseas nations have denied the King’s authority over them, and blighted creatures lie in wait for the unwary, new accidental heroes emerge as a last hope.
They are determined to bring order to the chaos. Play as one of them, recruiting, developing, and commanding your personal army on a non-linear adventure of betrayal, sacrifice, and survival. Fighting for your own future, outsmarting enemy in uniquely turn-based combat, making difficult decisions, and experience the intensity of one of the classic sagas in an exciting new way.
Play as one of three main heroes, rescuing and building your personal army in a journey of leadership, survival, and sacrifice. Every decision you make has profound and lasting consequences.
The world of Antara is wide open and ripe for exploration. Unearth hidden places and dangerous enemies — Antara is a vast home to a thousand wonders and secrets for players to discover.
Each army squad has its own set of skills and visual appearance. Build armies of different creatures who will fight with you throughout the majority of your adventure.
The environment and landscape matter in King’s Bounty II. Players will encounter diverse terrain types, directly impacting battlefield tactics. Every battle is unique in its own way.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Just all-around bad. Simple uninteresting game play. Rudimentary graphics. Terrible voice acting. Boring story.
I could gotten past the terrible voice acting, terrible horse riding, and terrible story if not for the horrendous combat. It's difficult to tell units apart since they're represented by many tiny, blurry, pixelated individual units instead of a single big one. It's rather simplified & boring, too (KB combat wasn't very complex to begin with). I don't even dislike the game because it's not the same as the first game. I dislike it because it just feels bad to play.
Feels like you are playing a mobile game for the couch.
For me King's Bounty always was about tale, but here plot is ♥♥♥♥♥. Mechanics in new game are also not so nice, your hero animated like moving tree. Only design and picture around more or less nice, everything else is pitty.
Game looks good and is very modern but it is not a legacy to the original King's Bounty. The game just 'feels' different. Instead of being easy to play with a mouse, now its a joystick with more controls, the game lost it's funny side that were in the original games, it is less playful and out of charm... I bought it at a low price on special so no worries here, but I don't recommend the game if you are a fan of the series, i got completely bored after a few hours as the game just wont keep my attention. If you like open world games, buy it when it's on sale.
If you're looking for another King's Bounty (1) or HoMM-like combat experience... ... look elsewhere. The overall graphics are fine, but fail to alleviate that most of the environment is empty and becoming boring and bland quickly. That there's only two overworld maps (one used for the game's introduction) doesn't help. The combat maps in contrast are nicely diverse and make tactical use of sight lines and elevation. Beyond that the strategic part of gameplay feels shallow, with units limited in amount and access linked to RPG story choices, which discourages combinations of playstyles, with synergies between units far and in between. The RPG part is equally lacking depth, equipment and inventory management feel restrictive and set items can be random or tied to RPG decisions, further limiting accessability for combining playstyles. The dialogue and story are neither overly engaging nor entertaining, taking itself rather serious but not delivering on that. From the mid game onwards, tedium sets in and the story just drags on. Travel takes *way* too much time, and you're going to run through empty areas a lot. The ending is equally unrewarding,
not resolving anything, instead ending on a cliffhanger
. It's clear the developers were aiming to expand the game further, but with the state of the game features supporting the story as is, I can't see myself being enthralled to buy another installment. Flawed, but possibly worth your time when on sale
This is a decent game but I would be lying if If I said it didn't have serious problems. The biggest issue for me is the unbalanced state of the game. Some fights are very unfair where you meet far "better" armies then you should at the level you are at. The whole game just felt like it was a uphill struggle all the way. You were never really allowed to get a good army untill the late parts of the game. Locking the set pieces of armor behind random quest rewards is so stupid I'm lost for words. You will most likely play through the game and recieve a couple of random pieces of each set and never getting a full set unless you allready know and save/load many times as you return certain quests to get the piece you want. I did like the environments and the world. However the map is big but not really big enough to be comparable to the earlier kings bounty games.
