We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.

Expanding on this legacy with an entirely new epic story, factions, enemies, and new features to forge an open and breaking fantasy world Antara. With the kingdoms in disarray, counties demanding independence, bandits prowl the roads, all the overseas nations have denied the King’s authority over them, and blighted creatures lie in wait for the unwary, new accidental heroes emerge as a last hope.
They are determined to bring order to the chaos. Play as one of them, recruiting, developing, and commanding your personal army on a non-linear adventure of betrayal, sacrifice, and survival. Once you get over the initial disappointment that this is not a King's Bounty game, it's actually a pretty good turn-based strategy. If they had called it anything other than King's Bounty, I'm sure it would have been received better. For anyone not familiar with this type of game, you explore a large map with an army of up to five different stacks of troops. When you come across enemy units you fight them, turn-based, on a hex grid - kind of like an advanced game of chess. Some of the battles are tough, but as long as you don't loose a full stack of units, you can heal them at the end for much less gold than it would cost to replace them. The game looks great and the story is very long with lots of side quests. It took me 3 playthroughs and 110 hours to 100% the game. I played on easy but I still had to do most of the side quests to level up to be strong enough to continue the main story. I still wish they had just made another classic, 2D King's Bounty game. But that aside, I still enjoyed this game.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I could gotten past the terrible voice acting, terrible horse riding, and terrible story if not for the horrendous combat. It's difficult to tell units apart since they're represented by many tiny, blurry, pixelated individual units instead of a single big one. It's rather simplified & boring, too (KB combat wasn't very complex to begin with). I don't even dislike the game because it's not the same as the first game. I dislike it because it just feels bad to play.
Your skills are locked to your gender. You can't be a wizard without being a woman.
Just all-around bad. Simple uninteresting game play. Rudimentary graphics. Terrible voice acting. Boring story.
Fun, under-rated game. Combines open world exploration of Skyrim with HoMM turn based combat. The game is also fully voiced. No, the plot isnt going to win any awards, but its serviceable, and theres plenty of side quests. Graphics are OK, nothing spectacular, but its all typical fantasy stuff. The game has pretty good production values, considering its small budget of indie developers. If you are waiting for the next HoMM game, give this one a try. I never played the first Kings Bounty, but after playing this one, I will definitely give it a try, I am really liking this sequel.
I have no idea why they made a game like this.
