About
Jump Space (formerly Jump Ship) is a mission based co-op PvE for up to 4 players, where you are the crew of a spaceship. Transition seamlessly from crewing the ship to on-foot exploration and space walks. Engage in intense battles both on the ground and in space, and always keep your ship upgraded and intact. Teamwork is key for survival and victory.
We love co-op games, and we love space. Jump Space is our attempt to make both work together.
Jump across the universe - Select from a variety of hand-crafted missions with random elements. No two runs are ever the same.
Seamlessly go on and off ship - Once you’ve jumped with your ship, you can switch seamlessly between operating your ship, space walking and on-foot planetary exploration, it just works.
Upgrade, maintain, repair - Manage your ship as you scavenge for parts to upgrade or repair it, and adapt it to fit your needs. Bolster your arsenal of guns and components with tons of modifiers.
Fly with a crew, or go solo - Jump Space is best enjoyed with friends, but solo adventurers are welcome too.
Upgrade and customise your ship and guns as you face off against the challenges of space exploration, and scavenge resources to ensure your survival. Reinforce your defences, adjust your energy output for speed or bolster your ship’s attack capabilities - the choice is yours.
Experience fluid gameplay as you switch from steering your ship out of an asteroid field to jetpacking towards an enemy vessel to sabotage its core. Seamlessly transition between exploration, combat and traversal.
Go on missions with your friends and take on roles, from piloting to engineering and field exploration. Work together to overcome enemy attacks, extinguish fires on the command deck or adjust your ship’s power grid on the fly. There are no set classes in Jump Space, improvise and decide how you want to engage.

space sea of thieves, randoms have been great so far
Considering this is an indie game....I'm speechless. Launched it to prepare for my first session with my brother and sister, and over 4 hours flew by. I can't remember when I had so much fun with a game from this genre. Hats off to the devs. <3 I'll write more after I spend some more time with the game.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

i don't know how this game isn't talked about as much, it's one of the most fun games i've played in a while. really fun with friends but still really good solo too. it's like a mix of sea of thieves, apex legends (gunplay/movement) and helldivers
TLDR: One thing comes to mind immediately. If Cowboy Bebop were in video game form, this is pretty close to what I would imagine it being like. "See You, Space Cowboy..." \(^_^)/ Excellent sandbox, open-space looter-shooter! \($_$)/ Full review below: I initially played this back in mid-2025 when it first launched in Early Access. Since then, the game has really been cooking in the oven. The developers have been incredibly active—constantly adding content, updating systems, and patching bugs. Looking back over a nine-month gap, they’ve made massive leaps toward knocking out their entire roadmap. There is an incredible depth to this game that similar titles just don't offer, yet it manages never to overwhelm you because the mechanics and unlocks are perfectly spaced out across the first handful of missions. Truly an exceptional game! The only thing I would love to see added is the option to deploy additional Astrobots when playing solo—especially if matchmaking is down or friends are unavailable. Honestly, if you merged *X4: Foundations* with this game, my life would be complete. I can absolutely see myself still playing this 15 to 20 years from now once it's fully released. So far, I've only played solo with the single Astrobot assistant, which does a fantastic job helping you maintain your ship, manage tasks, sell loot, and fight alongside you in ground and space battles. However, my understanding is that the drop-in/drop-out online matchmaking and co-op with friends is where the game kicks into absolute, wonderful insanity. I’m actually gifting this game to two of my friends in the hopes that we can all get lost in it together. It hits a massive nostalgia sweet spot. I can already tell it's going to capture that feeling that's been missing for so long—the magic of those all-night gaming sessions in living rooms or basements, laughing and repeating the good times for years. It brings back that exact feeling we had as kids and teens: talking trash on Xbox Live, unleashing custom creations on each other in *WrestleMania* on the PS2 and N64, or grinding *Super Smash Bros. Melee* with the bots cranked to level 9. Those were games we poured hundreds of hours into, endlessly laughing and wishing the day would never end. This game has that exact same spark. That's all from me. See You, Space Cowboy...
It just isn't fun. Everything feels very clunky from controls to how things progress. It doesn't feel like a game, it feels like a chore, wish I would have refunded because it isn't a good game. I could recommend if the bones were at least decent with a good concept but this game isn't going anywhere. The only good thing was I got it on sale so didn't waste as much money.
This happened to my buddy Eric.
Had very high hopes and expectations at first "release", route sheet sounds good but have to admit that the game is getting worse and worse every updates (in terms of specs optimization and gameplay wise), it's becoming very hard to not feel either frustrated and bored. Feels like devs want to make it too more and more complicated, they had a very nice uncut diamond but struggle to make it shine. Would not recommend in that state, but I'll check again at official release.
Хороший кооперативный симулятор ора друзей=)
Way too many random weapon modifiers, the new hull repair tool makes the game even more confusing and unclear because the UI is very cluttered (was it before too but now more). Selected a mission on easy but started on hard, maybe because there was another mission with same name in the sector. Upgrades are way too complicated now because you need to grind a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lot if you want to play alone for a bit or with only two people. The balancing is sometimes really off even with four players on moderate we almost died all the time. Also all my uprades were gone and didn't get anything for them after the update, maybe because I logged in a day after the update. Was better befor the last update.
