About
Iko is an aspiring yet hopeful warrior exploring the land and sky to reunite a series of floating islands. With his rickety airship, he must travel from island to island in order to reignite each one’s magnetic core while fighting off the many adversaries standing in his way.
Islets is a surprisingly wholesome metroidvania about making connections with the people around you. By reuniting the islands and befriending a cast of charming characters, the world expands and reveals new parts of each area for Iko to explore. Scour every nook and cranny in order to collect the many upgrades hidden around this world and face its numerous hidden challenges!

Islets é um metroidvania muito agradável Eu gostei bastante do game, é uma ótima opção pra quem procura uma experiência mais leve dentro do gênero. O jogo conta com personagens carismáticos, mesmo que em pouca quantidade, e um humor simples, mas que funciona bem durante a aventura. A narrativa não é extremamente complexa, mas consegue criar uma atmosfera simpática e te manter interessado. A dificuldade é um dos pontos que diferencia o jogo. Islets não é uma experiência focada em desafio os chefes são bem tranquilos e dificilmente vão fazer você passar horas preso em uma batalha. A proposta aqui parece ser muito mais oferecer uma aventura divertida e confortável do que testar a habilidade do jogador a todo embate. A trilha sonora é outro ponto positivo. Ela combina bem com os diferentes mapas e ajuda a criar a atmosfera de cada região. Não é uma OST que vai ficar marcada como uma das maiores do gênero, mas cumpre muito bem seu papel. A jogabilidade também merece destaque. Os controles são responsivos, o movimento é fluido e as mecânicas são fáceis de entender, tornando a exploração bastante agradável. No geral, Islets é um metroidvania simples, mas muito bem feito. É uma aventura curta, carismática e divertida, perfeita para quem quer aproveitar o gênero sem enfrentar uma dificuldade exagerada. Recomendo bastante, principalmente para quem procura um jogo mais tranquilo e aconchegante.

Great little game! I haven't left a steam review in over a decade, but this is creative world design. Maybe not the densest Metrodvania unlocks, but enjoyable gameplay

I found this a bit easier than Hollow Knight. Scratches the same itch. Iko is cute as, and he looks hilarious scootching up walls.
O jogo é bem legal, vale a pena, mesmo sendo um pouco curto, se vc está afim de um metroidvania mais tranquilo esse jogo é pra vc, tem uma boa exploração pelo jogo e dificilmente vc vai ficar perdido mesmo tendo várias rotas para chegar nos objetivos, a movimentação do personagem é bem boa, o combate é simples mas efetivo e tem uma diversidade bem grande de áreas e inimigos nessas áreas, única coisa que eu realmente gostaria que tivesse é um ng+ onde vc mantem todos os upgrades, seria ir passando pra ng+1, ng+2 e por ai vai amassando os bosses com dano absurdo de alto, especialmente já que dá pra aumentar o dano sem limites

Une merveille comme Crypt Custodian des même créateurs, trop court malheureusement, on aimerait qu'il soit beaucoup plus long. Il coche toute les cases. Un plaisir de jouabilité, facile à prendre en main. Rapide, nerveux et une difficulté bien dosée tant dans les combats que dans les phases de plate-forme. Un must have.
